To all whom may be Pokémon fans like @SolarFlare13, @Odyssey and whoever else you know!
I just noticed something. Generations Six & Seven, Kalos & Alola, did away with the roaming trio of mythical legends. It was the Bird trio, the Dog trio, Golem trio, Elf/Concept trio and lastly, Unova had both the Weather Gods and the Swords. Then in Kalos we went in more full force to the trend of the box legendaries having a third, S-rank legend that superseded them.
...this bodes ill for Galar.

@SolarFlare13 Yeah, then they'd run away from battle like cowards... to egg your house and break your windows.
Like Skull before them, they're just comic relief punks but the tools of a much bigger threat.
It's been strongly theorized they represent not only Internet Trolls (something you've said you have a personal vendetta against...) but the Toxic Fandom the Pokémon fandom has become.
And... uh, my original point was that they're actually making markedly LESS legendaries recently. Which means we should have more plot relevant/evil legendaries coming soon.
If my point was missed here.

Okay, I'll give you that XD If that's what they're really based on, then that's genius X'D (ESPECIALLY gen-wunners)

Aye, I know that feeling all too well. Confession time: I didn't like Gen 7 for all those reasons. But considering it was a success financially, I guess Game Freak got the idea that people want to see more of stuff like Sun/Moon and Let's Go. The latter especially, it was a huge hit in Japan, cause A. It's a remake of a beloved game from 20 years ago, so parents would've bought it for their kids for both to experience something new and old, and B. It has a fairly "mascot-y" vibe to it and obviously has lots of elements of Pokemon Go to it, both of which sell millions there.
Mind you... people can buy and like what they want. If people enjoyed it, great! I won't stop them. But with GF's interview on using Pokemon Go's foundation for the next 20 years, and their various comments on how kids these days play on smartphones and dislike challenge... I'm nervous that all the challenge and detail would disappear in favour of more marketing and pumping out more games at a faster rate. The Pokemon games have always been easy, but not to this rate. And the fact that you can't even transfer every Pokemon ever to Sword/Shield... it honestly soured a bit of my excitement for the games.
...whew, that was a mouthful. I'm just rambling what I feel, don't mind me, hahaha.
