      Sometimes it also depends on WHO it looks anddecides. Like I had onesaying no, but mayby changed 1 sentence of the chapter and waited su bmitting again until that one wasnt on, but another one was, and he approved it, even tough I made no real change to thestory or grammar. Someare harsher then others. did they say the reason?
