      I just watched a few Youtube videos where people installed stuff like that to their computers on purpose. :blink:

       

      My guess is they're super-rich and can constantly buy new computers or

      they know how to get rid of all of that junk.

       probably because a lot of that old malware is harmless today and the old spyware servers are already dead. 

      just for the sake of it, if they know what they are doing they can program ransomware viruses and it wouldn't harm their linux computers
