Do you have pony related artworks on your things that you carry around, such as your desktop background, computer stickers/skin, notebooks, cellphone, bags, etc? Here's the artwork I use as my desktop background: I just love this picture - the expression on her face, the absolutely AMAZING hair and tail with the shiny feel, and the simple yet natural background, I just can't help but close all my windows to look at it once in a while (when no one is looking of course)

Online, such as in games, I often name myself "Rainbow Dash" so anyone who is in my lobby can see I'm a brony. Most people ignore it (it's the Internet after all), but some people seem to appreciate the show while others really hate it because they generally view the whole community as weird. I can't entirely blame them tho. Anyways that's my online experience, although I know in real life it is vastly different. That's why I'm wondering what people IRL thinks about you.

Princess Fluttershy looks so awesome

Personally if I was a girl I would totally get a pair of those black tights with rainbow lightning bolts on it that Rainbow Dash wears but otherwise I want a pair of shorts that kind of resemble that, like imagine a pair of regular shorts with stripes going down the sides, but instead of stripes you get this awesome rainbow lightning bolt, is anyone aware of such a thing?

I feel like the Equestria Girl dolls look too much like classic barbie dolls, and not really like the show. I love the animation in EG because the characters 1) doesn't look overly cute or overdone with makeup, 2) have large legs to balance out their cartoonish heads so that the characters actually look incredibly well balanced. It feels like their torso got shrunken rather than having an exaggerated head and legs, and 3) their eyes. Just look at the banner (currently it's of Sunset Shimmer), her eyes are so beautiful yet feel so welcoming. These features seem to be lacking in the merch, which is quite disappointing as I would totally love to have a Sunset Shimmer figure. If you guys do find show accurate EG merch let me know pls BTW I'm not saying the current merch is bad, they are pretty nice but I just prefer something more alike the characters in the show.

I feel like the reason many people love gen 4 is due to the animation. The ponies doesn't look like toys or dolls. Many concept arts, previous generations and other cartoons often make their cartoon characters too realistic or too shiny, making it literally look like animated toys. The thing about ponies is that they don't look unnatural, yet their heads look nothing like real horses. It's like a brand new species. When we look at other kids cartoons, the characters look out of proportion. They exaggerate something to far. Sure, it's an art style many appreciate, but it just feels unnatural and not very tangible. The ponies and even Equestria girls look incredibly well balanced. They look sleek, smooth but detailed, cute and everything is extremely fluently animated. Another thing about animating these ponies, is that they are ponies. They don't have arms, meaning one less thing to pose. Posing arms in good positions takes work, and often does not have the prettiest result (although Equestria girls handled them well). Also, the ponies have completely plain colors with no shadows and shading, which in a way makes them pop out from the background. The fact that the animations are created with simple smooth lines rather than fancy art styles makes them pop out further. Thinking about it, MLP actually looks incredibly not girly. All typical girly things like long, exaggerated legs, fancy eyes, long shiny hair and skinny bodies are not actually canon. MLP is pretty neutral when it comes to body shapes. Doing so makes them feel more intimate. Welp, just my thoughts. I just looked at some concept art for gen 5 and thought they looked too much like toys, here a pic. I know this isn't official but I guess it's still good to discuss what we want to see.

As long as you change and you fix what you done, which Starlight did, then everything's fine. Starlight is actually a really great pony right now and obviously would do anything for her friends and the good of Equestria. What more can you ask?

When I go to college should I let people know I'm a brony? I don't mean going around and telling people it, but should I bring my plush with me?

I seen the title picture all over the place which included all 6 ponies. I kinda remember seeing Rainbow Dash alone a lot, but I had no idea who they were until I watched the show. I thought Fluttershy's name was Buttershy and Twilight Sparkle sort of rang a bell. Rainbow Dash sounded cool. Because it is.

Am I the only one that prefers Alicorn Twilight? She starts to have more responsibilities and become more involved in resolving friendship/national problems. Makes the plot more interesting. We still get the slice of life and most of the time you can basically ignore the fact that she has wings because it doesn't really change who she is. She doesn't sit on her throne all day, she acts just like before.

How much money have you spent on merchandise? I bought two Dashies which is a total of $32 and plan on buying more. I'm trying to stay under $100 cuz I don't have a job xD
