My favorite pony! Despite the fact that I hate her village with their lack of individuality, I became fond of her because she represents redemption. -

I never suggested that it's wrong to like a girly show. I just think FIM is lacking most things guys seem to like: bacon, drinking beer, etc. Ha ha. But seriously, most guys I like are into sexual humor and being grossed out, not sweet shows about cute ponies with morals. NOT that there's anything wrong about it, don't misunderstand me. -

Starlight is very sympathetic indeed. She has lots of flaws, that's why she's my favorite pony. -
Maybe the next generation is less inhibited by gender roles than mine was. If a guy of my generation admitted he was a Brony, he'd probably be called "gay" or at the least, "a wuss."

You bronies are highly developed dudes. Most guys hate stories about being good and friendship lessons. It's so anti-macho.

Very few people are actually "bad" in my opinion. Starlight isn't perfect but she isn't evil either. I like her complexity, it makes her more relatable to me than the Mane Six. -
