    I confess I'm guilty of rejecting Naruto and DBZ because of that popularily syndrome. Sorry :< On another note, I generally notice BL or B/B anime gets a lot of prejudice and homophobic hate. A perfect example is "Junjou Romantica", or perhaps "Gravitation". They were both excellent but "gay love so instantly shitty. Yolo right?" Actually one of the only gay things that don't get hate would evidently be the stereotypy that Braeburn is gay xD I don't think any bronies really have a problem with that.

    Heh, sorry if it came across that way. I'm not actually looking for a name that diehard. I kind of assumed this topic was just left for dead when I got no responses, and I think I've settled on the name "Scatterail" (however he would mostly be referred to as Scatter). Still content with Clazefire though. Yeah, I really like this better than going for a badass type of name like tornado or scorch. Thanks for the input!

    I've done every possible thing I can think of to do, but I can't get a good first name for the life of me. 10+ steam friends, 50+ helping Facebook friends, and 10+ name generators later, I've got nothing. You're my trump card, mlpforums. I want the name to match as close to these guidelines a possible: - Rather modern, 2000-2013 styled. - Completely original. If you've heard of it before, it won't work. - Slightly intimidating. - Suitable for a 15-16 year old male teenager. Here are some un-spliced examples that came close to being adequate for me: - Scorch - Caliber - Shift - Dusk - Focus One final tip that you MUST follow: - Those names aren't examples of ones I'd take, they're completely raw. The name has to be in the style of typical pony names. Although this won't be a MLP-based novel I write, I want the names to fall under the same type of artstyle. - The LAST NAME of this character will be Clazefire. That's a splice of "haze" and "crossfire". The reason Scorch is at the top of the list on raw names I'd like to be somewhat included is because scorch involves fire, and the last name involves fire. It would be rather fitting. Anyway, shoot. I'll look at all suggestions, and if I ever even miraculously complete the novel, expect your name to be in the 'credits' for helping with the name designing. This is also the only name I want help with because it's the most important, as the novel will be in first-person style. Please also be aware that I may choose your suggestion, but slightly edit it to my own preference. Thanks in advance for every suggestion. I probably won't respond unless it interests me. P.S. Here are some more words I'm interested in or could be spliced to make a really good name: Flare, bolt, beam, razor, fang, shadow, Shift, Daze, Hurricane, Tornado, Fissure, Quake, Avalanche, Rush, Straph, Pulse, and most of the Pokemon Attackdex.

    Too late for that, isn't it. There's tons of MLP websites, and memes and captionned pictures for MLP being made every day of every minute. Unless you find a way to stop that, goodfight MLP, fandomized.. I don't mind the fandom though. Only the rule 34 side of it >_< unless it's b/b

    Yeah you make good puns guess I didn't mention yet though: I'm not outwardly gay either. As a matter of fact, if you care: I made a very, very odd friend my first day of highschool. Knew he couldn't keep a secret. I saw a girl with her boyfriend. I asked my odd friend if that girl was single the next day, knowing fully that she wasn't. He took the 'hint' I made, and went and told the whole school I had a crush on this girl. To this day, never denied or accepted it, or even really spoke about it. And no one's asked me my sexuality ever since. I haven't lied, but I haven't said anything, people just assume I'm straight because of this rumoured "crush" ... yeah I'm smarter than I sound. hehe.

I don't live by that code very well, sorry, I don't exactly let my enjoyment for MLP define how I act towards people. News to you? Furthermore, yeah, that 'wall of text' is because I thought you were legitimate mocking gay people and mocking me for being a closet brony, as in the sense that I was being 'scared.' I'm not a closet brony because I want to be. Hell, if I knew I wouldn't get picked on or bullied, I would be a very outward brony. I guess we live in really different worlds.

    With any sense of logic or rationally, you'd know I'm doing nothing like that, at all. I'm quoting lines from an unfamiliar show to see if anyone goes "woah, you know where that's from?" or some response like that. It's a 'device' to pick other bronies out of the crowd while I remain a closet brony, It's not going "Anyone watch my little pony? it's cool" 20 times a day. /facepalm

    Uh? You know I say those things to try to discover other bronies.. right? People that aren't bronies don't understand or think anything of it and move on, it's a tactical plan, I'm not fagging over it. I do this probably once a week too, with new people, don't get the wrong ideas. I like to talk to people with common interests- I do almost the same kind of thing with animes and non-pony subjects. That kind of hurt, man.

    I'm a closet brony, sorry I don't really have any lines I use. I am seeking other bronies out in my school though. I use lines like "20% cooler", "gak", "Betcha can't make a face crazier than this", whistling the winter wrap up theme (got that idea from a top comment I saw on YT), and more stuff like that. If I get any significant reactions, SCORE!

    I've seen tons of bronies while walking and in foreign places, since I travel with a family a lot. Coming home from las vegas, at the airport, saw a guy with the 'loyalty' rainbow dash on his T-shirt. I was like "brohoof" when I walked by him, and since this was very recently, I also winked and added "gak!" he's like "Betcha can't make a face crazier than THIS!!" and he turned the corner. Wow, that made my day. MY MONTH.

    An aircraft of some sort. I'm really interested in becoming an aeronautical engineer. I also like philosophy, but not as much and it doesn't entirely have a general symbol for any religion.

    You look awesome! Wear it with pride. As for the topic.. Meh. I think anything in real life is fine if you don't neglect your life, family, or duties, but I honestly care more about the status online. Most people hate bronies not because of their opinion to the show, but how they act because of it. We can get called "ponyfag" or things like that because of because of how we express ourselves. :s Why? Well, because on the internet, you can remain anonymous. You can say anything to anyone and basically get off free if they live in a different country or state or nowhere near you.

    Hi, I'm looking for an anime or a fanfiction meeting as close to what I'm looking for as possible. Bronies are among the kindest people I've ever met and rarely do they judge other people for who they are and what their interests are, so I figure this is the place to ask. ^^ I'll be totally honest with you.. it's going to take some avid anime-watching / avid fanfiction-reading experience to understand the following, but for the possibility of some of those people finding this thread: I'm looking for: ecchi / comedy / fantasy / violent / entertaining b/b romance. - Probably only want a fanfiction if it's got ponies! - Either an anime or a fanfiction will do, I'm not picky. - Doesn't need to include every single one of those aspects, but the more the better! - I'd HIGHLY prefer b/b. Hopefully you understand. - Doesn't need to be clop or hentai, I just like it a little bit pervy if possible. (To-Love-Ru absolutely NAILED this). Something around the lines of To-Love-Ru, or Please Teacher!, except b/b. Hell, it would make my day to find out there's an anime with Kei x Rito LOL. Sorry if this is in the wrong catagory, btw. Anyway, shoot. I'll consider all suggestions, thanks.

    Both. I started playing for fun (this is in Team Fortress 2, a MMOFPS), but I got too good for pubs eventually and decided to join in UGC Highlander 9v9. (competitive gaming). I still play for fun a lot but it does help to get some additional practice, since I've only got 1175 hours.
