So, I just wanna say that hyperfixations are a CRAZY thing, and today I'm going to talk about one of mine in particular. Creepypasta. Now, as a kid, I had brief Sonic.EXE phase, but nothing much more than that. I read about a couple of the others, but I never did get into it really. That is until about 5 months ago, over the summer, as fate would have it, another hyperfixation would worm its way into my life. One video about Jeff the Killer later I was chomping at the bit to find more about him and the other 'pastas. And BOOM, there was my knowledge of literally all of the classics, minus Smile Dog, I never really could understand his shtick. And then I dove into Marble Hornets (an ARG that somehow got lumped in with the Creepypasta community, and the fandom soiled Masky and Hoodie's characters, but whatevs) I never WATCHED M.H because it's 9 hours long, but all I know is I feel bad for Tim. It's crazy how life takes you somewhere and you really have no idea where you're going. Bet it's the same for most everyone really.

I just wanna talk about my Jeff the Killer rewrite, will I ever post it here? Probably not, because it's 8 chapters long and Idk if anyone's even interested. ●Jeff and Lu (I have disdain for the original spelling of Lu's name so I changed it) try to walk to school while talking about their crappy parents ●Jeff brings up Randy, Lu and Jeff briefly bicker about Randy being bad news ●Randy overhears them, bad stuff happens to Jeff, gets hurt by Randy (burned by cigarettes) (also Randy here is 17, setting is the 90s) ●Two go to school, but when they leave Randy, Troy and Keith are there. (Troy and Keith are friends of his) ●Jeff bites Randy's hand to escape his grasp and runs home with Lu, his parents scold him for messing with Randy (his parents suck) cleans himself up ●Next day gets assaulted by Randy, including getting that iconic scar smile ●Later offs Randy in the school bathroom (School security isn't even a thing so no one knew it happened) ●Lu discovers the carnage and accidentally brings it up to his and Jeff's parents. ●Jeff gets sent away for four years and comes back to off his parents ●Attacks Lu due to "voices" (actually undiagnosed schizoprenia) and tells him to "go to sleep" (catchphrase, still iconic ●Jeff runs away and Lu goes to the hospital, later attacking a nurse after she badmouths Jeff.

I have a (non serious) confession to make, I AM OBSESSED WITH CREEPYPASTA! Okay, it probably wasn't a surprise to anyone considering the OTHER horror media I'm into, but... I really gotta say this all really happened thanks to Youtube, I randomly got reccommended a deep dive video about Jeff the Killer and knowing the silly billy I am, I clicked it. And in like 30 minutes I went from not knowing JACK about Jeff, to knowing everything important about his lore. Next thing I know I'm watching cosplayers and memes and drawing everyone in my notebooks. It got so bad I actually rewrote Jeff's story myself because I felt like it, and that's how my friend and I (my guy friend not my bestie) started expanding the lore and adding new things to my rewrite of Jeff's lore. And the others got added too, (well, the classics, we don't add noobs to this whole thing, NAH) Anyways (My) Top 3 1. Jeff the Killer (found his lore first, and found it interesting and kinda bad) 2. Ticci Toby (disabled person with few friends, he has tourettes, I have autism, so relatable) 3. Homicidal Lu (I know it's spelled L-I-U in the OG, but it doesn't make sense to be spelled that way, since he's not chinese, it struck me as odd, it's also pronounced as Lou, so, lemme spell it my own way) (Also underrated) Uh yeah more on that soon. (Leaves awkwardly)
