Beat Shock

Haha! Here let me put it this way. My dad's side of the family is Chinese and German... so what if they find out? They're messed up anyway! My mom's side of the family though, is all of the European countries. They are "Molly mormon" and they don't understand me well... It's kinda awkward talking to them because they are so 'perfect' and I am so... I don't know. I think I'm gonna do it though... so far the "DO IT, FILLY!!!!" has the most votes!

So I need your oppinions... I'm thinking about changing my Facebook picture to the one I have on MLP Forums. As you can see, it's my OC, but what I'm nervous about, is what all of my friends and family would think of me. It would be a lot of explaining to do if they were to find out. I am not a closet brony at school, but almost half of my 310 FB friends are family and cousins. If they found out about me liking MLP, it would be awkward. Anyway I was thinking that I should express myself, and that my friends and family should accept what I like. I'm not sure though... Should I change my FB pic to my pony?? (Mods, if this belongs in sugarcube corner and not here, please move it)

Ok, this happened today in English class... My class and I were doing this random assignment the teacher gave us on "Envy" and what it is. So when we got to the discussion part, the teacher asked: "Ok, class. Give me an example from a story, movie, or fairytale, that has characters in them that have envy for someone. Tell me what happens to them because of their envy." One kid in the class was all like: "Cinderella! Her sisters envied her, so they didn't get invited to the royal palace!" (Something like that... I haven't watched Cinderella) So anyway, I raised my hand proudly, and the teacher picked me. My statement: "In My little Pony FiM, there were two sisters, Celestia and Luna, who ruled over Equestria together. Celestia was in charge of raising the sun in the morning, and Luna was in charge of bringing the moon up at night... well Luna got jealousy and envy towards Celestia because everypony was awake during the day when the sun was appreciated, and everypony slept through the night, so no pony could appreciate the moon. Luna turned against Celestia and rmade it night for 3 days. Because of Luna's envy, Celestia used the elements of harmony to banish her to the moon for 1000 years... That's my example on envy!" The whole class laughed for a bit, thinking I was just trying to be funny, but when the realized I knew a lot about My little Pony, they went silent... Later I was all like "What?" and they just didn't make any replies. The teacher then broke the silence by saying: "That's actually a very good way to put it! How do you know this? Did your little sister tell you about it?" "No I don't have any sisters... I watched it myself. IT'S A REALLY GOOD SHOW!!" The class gave one more awkward laugh, then we continued on with the lesson... I FELT LIKE A BOSS!

Dang. I was going to make a poll on this, but you beat me to it... Hmmmmmmm... I would have to go with... well... 49% Vinyl 51% Octavia Personally I think that I would like Vinyl more, but you said it depended on musical style. As I still love brony techno/dubstep, nothing beats classical music!
