ive actually been looking at sub 4" fixed blade knifes as a secondary, but i havent found too many that i like, or the blades are simply too long. ive had my Skyline for close to two years now and it hasnt let me down once, unless i failed to keep it keen, which would put the blame on me. i like fixies for their simplicity and ease of use. dont gotta worry about opening the knife or releasing the blade to put it away, which speeds up my ability to use it. some details on my own kit: my flashlight is usually in my truck unless a situation calls for it, such as bonfires or going to help fix something. its also on me at all times at work in the event that i need to read labels in a dark area. same thing with the pen/sharpie, i only have them when im at work. gum and chapstick are minor hygiene related things (chicks dont dig bad breath and dry lips lol). i consider myself a practical man, so i try to carry what i think i cant do without. typical light loads (store runs, hanging at friends, etc) usually only call for the cell/wallet/keys/knife so i might travel light on some occasions.

yeah, ive used mine countless times. cutting open boxes, cutting rope, filleting wood for bonfires, cleaning dirt out from under your fingernails, etc its one of those things that youll need when you dont have it. i suppose you could use it for self defense as a last resort, but thats not really the main purpose of carrying a blade. id actually conceal carry a handgun if i got around to getting the permit to do so. you might never need it, but youll be glad its on you when the time comes, and i hope that time wont come.

i carry a Super Tool 200. full size, lil older, but damn tough. hasnt let me down yet so i have no intention of buying a newer one, lol.

this topic is tough to reply to. hmmmm... i honestly dont think i would, just because i wouldnt want to be with someone whos too much like me. my flaws are mine, and i wouldnt want someone with the same flaws. id want my partner to have strengths and weakness that mesh with my own, and vice versa. im still on the fence though.... hot chick version of me who goes offroad, shoots guns, plays video games and watches MLP? i cant decide.

Im always curious as to what other people carry in their pockets everyday, so i figured i would share my own EDC (every day carry) system with the rest of my friends here. What do you guys carry everyday? descriptions are fine, but pics are better. ill go first - camo duct taped wallet - car keys w/ lanyard and Ford keychain - semi-smart cellphone (with MLP wallpaper of course) - Kershaw Skyline folding knife - Leatherman tool w/ pouch - Box cutter w/ spare blades (i work in a warehouse so i typically have it) - well used ipod 80gb w/ koss headphones in pouch - stainless Zippo - Nero LED mini flashlight - Chapstick and Gum - Ballpoint pen and Sharpie - and a bag of sunflower seeds because theyre delicious.

im just making a shot in the dark here, i honestly have no idea why some of the gay guys take on a feminine higher pitched voice. i hope i didnt offend, that wasnt my intention. i agree too, dont think too much about anything and just enjoy being you. getting to know yourself is part of the fun of life, so go out and find your cutie mark.

i feel your pain. i used to love christmas as well, now i wish it was over sooner. i dont like how commercial its become, nor do i like the 2 months build up that is over and gone on the 26th. having to listen to xmas songs are work makes me sick to my stomach too. no one makes anything new, its just the same tired songs that our parents listened to at our ages

the reality is nuclear war, invasion of our homelands, and natural disasters turning areas into massive free for alls. the whole "zombie apocalypse" isnt a literal things, its just a stand-in phrase used to describe any and all setting where people are fighting for survival.

my opinion on the voices: i think that gay men tend to spend alot of their time with females, doing feminine things. eventually their voices change a bit to reflect how the people around them sound, maybe subconsciously trying to blend in with the other females around them? i dont know for sure. i have gay friends that dont sound like that, and they cant answer the question for me either, so its all speculation. fuck it, i dont know. im just guessing lol its like moving to a new country in a sense. you eventually develop the accent from exposure to the natives.
