Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicle. I hear it gets an ending in the manga, but would have really liked to see the anime series finish the story.

Two series that had endings, and would have liked to see continue, are "Petite Princess Yucie", and "Ground Defense Force! Mao-chan".

It might have been kinda difficult to continue Mao-Chan, but I can think of several ways they could continue Yucie.

Y'know, I wanted to see Sailor Moon get another---just kidding.

But I do miss a show called "Fruits Basket" I think that series deserved another season.

House of Mouse is another series I miss I mean sersiously--why. would they. cancel. such. a good show? Almost the whole cast of Disney characters were on that show!

Other Shows include:

Code Lyoko

Robot Boy

Justice League

Pucca

Chowder

And maybe Tokyo Mew Mew because I think it'd be nice if the Mew Berry story was animated!

There was this little-known British kids' show called TUGS, from the creators of Thomas the Tank Engine, about two rival tugboat fleets. For a show with anthropomorphic tugboats, it was surprisingly very mature, with action-packed plots involving crime, transporting dangerous goods such as munitions, underhanded business practices, and even a few near-deaths of major characters.

It unfortunately lasted only 13 episodes. The show's creator had stockpiled around 99 scripts, but their production company went bankrupt, as the 2-foot-long models each cost as much as a car around the time this show was made.

There was an attempt to bring the show to the US, which unfortunately led to it being retooled, reedited, and dumbed down for a younger audience as part of Salty's Lighthouse.

A strong fan community exists for it, which is producing a CGI fan film and has actually managed to raise the money to reclaim most of the original model boats used in the series, but unfortunately it appears as if the show is an orphan work as far as the rights to the show are concerned, as the fate of the company created specifically for the purpose of producing this show is unknown.

Firefly

Also shout out to Invader Zim, although I didn't start watching it until after it had already been canceled.

Firefly.

Firefly was awesome. I find it a colossal Angry Marine Salute to the human race that while that show was taken off the air, bad soap operas, bad reality shows, and unnecessary biographies about celebrities still pollute the airwaves.

The same goes for Dave The Barbarian.

I was dead until the moment I met you. I was a powerless corpse pretending to be alive. Living without power, without the ability to change my course, was akin to a slow death. Sonic SatAm

The show ended with a cliffhanger. Snivelin (Robotnik's goon) walking out of the shadows with some mechanical being with red eyes hiding behind him. This show cancelled immediately. Screw the ones who did it.

Samurai Jack

I'm looking forward to the upcoming movie where they'll end the story but seriously. This is still the best cartoon that has ever come out from Cartoon Network, and they cancelled it for no reason. Sure it was becoming weaker, but it was still a very good cartoon.

I would have loved to see the end of this series, even if it's something I never wanted, this was like a great story with a great beginning that needed a great end.

I cannot think of many others right now.
