"Post count won't increase" Warning

So, as you know, some sections of the forums have a little warning in bright green at the bottom of their descriptions, stating that your post count won't increase when/if you post in those sections. 
All of them have this warning, except one. The Roleplay world's OOC DISCUSSION section doesn't have this little warning. 

Is it possible if we can add it there? Like with the other sections?
