Without any doubt: Dragonball. I also love Sailor Moon but at that time, they didn't broadcast it in our country unfortunately, so I didn't see that much of it.

If so, then it's Rin Tohsaka from Fate/Stay Night.  I've never seen the anime, but I have played the entire visual novel.

Paranoia agent, DBZ, Paprika(its a movie actually but its my personal favorite), FLCL, and my favorite anime thus far, Monster. Seriously, if you like a suspenseful psychological thriller, I highly recommend Monster. Plus, if you want to see what would happen if someone made a character more terrifying than The Joker.

90's- Dragon Ball Z, probably. I was more into the Pokémon and Yugi-Oh shows as a kid though.

2000's- Death Note... I watched it only recently though, but it is from the 2000's.
