technology How To Get Desktop Ponies?

So I have ponyhoof for FB and love the little desktop pony option so I can have little pixel ponies running all over the place. I then heard that you could get desktop ponies as a program on your computer so you can have them all the time not just with ponyhoof. The problem is I can't find it on the web. I just want a bunch of ponies running all over my screen all the time!

  So my question is how do I get desktop ponies? Can you even get this program any more? Where can I find it and how does it work? Any and all info you can give me on the subject would be much appreciated. Thanks!
