Ponies' Favorite Shows?

  So what if the cast of MLP got ahold of a television set?  What would be each of their favorite TV shows?  Go ahead and use any characters, but I'll go with the mane 6.

I think Twilight's favorite show would be "How it's Made" because of all the information it holds about humanity.

Pinkie would like either Chowder or Gravity Falls.
Fluttershy wouldn't be able to choose any one show on Animal Planet.

Rainbow would probably stay up for hours watching cheesy horror films on the Chiller or Sci-Fi channel.

Rarity would be on the shopping channel, looking at all the strange jewelry like "bracelet," and throwing bits at the screen.

Applejack wouldn't use it often enough to have a favorite show, she'd be too busy working.

Pinkie would watch ALL the cartoons.

 

Fluttershy would watch animal planet.

 

Twilight I can imagine getting into sci fi shows

 

Rarity would watch TLC

 

Rainbow Dash would watch ESPN

 

Applejack I can't imagine watching that much TV

Rarity would probably watch TLC/A&E/WE/OWN and channels like that, along with a few daytime Soap Operas, but I can see her favorite show being Project Runway, given she's a fashion designer and that's an interesting elimination-type show centered around not only her passion, but other people who are in the same line of work as she is. I really think she'd love that show I also think she'd enjoy Romantic comedies and cheesy romance movies in general, but she'd have a guilty pleasure of really enjoying Keanu Reeves' movies like "the Matrix" and "Point Break" that no one would know about as not to harm her lady-like image

 

Applejack wouldn't watch a whole lot of TV, but she wouldn't be hard to please when she did. She'd be willing to watch whatever is on

 

Fluttershy would enjoy Animal Planet, naturally I can really see her enjoying Steve Irwin's stuff, for some reason.

Pinkie also wouldn't be hard to please. I can see her enjoying pretty much every single cartoon out there, including ones like Breadwinners
 

Twilight would like Documentaries and Sci-Fi/Fantasy

RD would like action movies and fast paced sports. I can really see her enjoying Micheal Bay's work

Twilight - Mystery shows, crime shows, debates, lots of anime

Applejack - A lot of History Channel shows, Discovery Channel Show

Rainbow Dash - Lots of ESPN, SPEED channel, WWE, Horros shows/movies on CHILL, some cartoons, anime as a guilty pleasure

Rarity - E!, Bravo, A&E, shows about fashion

Fluttershy - Mostly animal planet, also shows about fashion

Pinkie Pie - lots and lots of cartoons

That one just made me literally laugh out loud and I wasn't muted on a conference call.  

 

I have to think about this a little more and come up some unique twists. For now I'll say that I can see Rarity enjoying some Travel Channel programming on the history of far away lands. Castles and such.

Just to clarify, you can talk about other ponies here, too.  For instance, I'm pretty sure that Time Turner would enjoy Doctor Who, and Lyra would fall in love with anything live-action, specifically Mythbusters or America's Funniest Home Videos (as it is the best show to psychologically analyze the human mind).  Also, if Fluttershy were to love a cartoon, I'd be willing to bet my new house that it'd be Pokemon.
