Oh Red Sage. Yeah he'd kick some ass. I got the idea of him from my 78 year old cousin. Who fought at Iwo Jima then Okinawa. And he was a Sgt. Sgt. Jerry (Clover) Weir. He died in 1998. I have his journal and dog tags.

my OC isn't very strong but he is pretty fast he relies on his mastery of ice magic in a fight he also is an alchemist so he uses potions to help him as well if he doesn't want to use his magic he uses stealth to his advantage

My OC can use hoof-to-hoof combat if he needs to, although he isn't a martial arts expert. He prefers using his above average ability to control lightning, as well as other Pegasi abilities for when the going gets rough.

Silverhoof has an odd style. He knows only one offensive spell, but he combines it with a teleport spell to shoot/port/shoot/port. He prefers to always be moving and make as little of a target as he can.

--He will wear armor when he has any advance notice. But that will not always be the case.

 

Attacks at range, never from the same direction twice.

 

Celestian Bolt
A Celestian Bolt fires darts of pure sunlight. Against the living they can only stun. Against inanimate objects they can destroy. It makes a "Pew Pew" sound as it fires. Against the undead, including the immaterial undead they can kill (again)…Big surprise for ghosts and wandering spirits used to being immune to mundane weapons.
Since this is a damaging spell, I will try to translate it into a numbers:
A normal pony takes two hits to go unconscious. He would have to hit a manticore four times for it to go down.
A lock will shatter with this spell. Heavier objects such as doors and walls need multiple hits.

Teleport
The classic and useful spell. He can port 3 times his weight. Useful for evacuating a fallen comrade. Further he can port without regard for relative velocity...In other words he can port from a moving train to the ground without suffering the effects of inertia. This is magic and it overrides physics.

My Origional character mainly uses strong hind-leg kicking, and his technology. He has a multitude of weapons, including an energy knife. His greatest weakness is an electromagnetic pulse, or just something that disables his electricity. Oftenly, he wears a H.E.C.U suit ((HL1 refrence)) to stay armored.

My OC is the 'Alicorn of Peace' therego fighting isn't her fortay. That said though, if she's angered enough, fearful enough for her friends family or her life, she can be pushed to use magical retaliation though she's not very good at it.

 

However thanks to being raised in Appleloosa she tends to go wild mustang as a fighting method, typical blunt wild uncoordinated force. This being bucking, kicking, biting and of course charging with her horn.

My OC is a Demon of Darkness, he calls himself the Amnesiac Manipulator, because he can destroy all your thoughts and memories mentally and possesses your body and powers in seconds while you're weak, However this is an old title, only very old people like Celestia know about this, as he kept himself in the shadows, hidden, because he's physycally not that strong.

 

But that was before he was defeated by Celestia and trapped in a prison inside the Sun for his horrible crimes where his powers would be slowly disappearing. However he managed to escape and go to earth encountering a creature without name, that was Discord.

 

Discord at the time was good, and was not willing to help him, so my OC (named Darker) absorbed part of his magic, leaving him alive, unable to possess him seeing the difference in power between the two. Discord lost his memory, he didn't knew who he was or what has happened, but he knew he had incredible powers, so he used them to bring chaos all over the country.

 

Darker managed to hide on the Everfree Forest, eating animals and other creatures, and absorbing ponies' powers until one day he becomes strong enough to get his revenge.

 

Since Darker absorbed part of Discord's magic, he has quite chaotic powers, along with his original powers of darkness.

My OC fights with spells and his powerful telekinetic ability.  He can use telekinesis to do a multitude of things in combat such as raising nearby objects to throw at enemies.  In combat, he aims to kill as quickly as possible, aiming to eviscerate, mutilate and dismember his foes.

Wow he shows no mercy towards his enemies but I would personally save them some dignity after I've been done with them.

That's an interesting assortment of prowesses but I'm so used to limits it feels like the OCs I imagine aren't really up to stuff with ... well any of these. Bright Bastion is  a Wall, more of a stand and take it until you can't give anymore kind of fighter. He's not strong in a physical sense but has massive endurance, and his spells revolve around protective shields and healing wounds. No one else is really fleshed out though, Azure (Earth Pony) knows where to hit a pony where it hurts and fights dirty and Minozette (Pegasus) doesn't really do anything pegasi related, shes more of a tinkerer, using her inventions to fight rather than herself. Mystic Callabus "Skyward" (unicorn) Is a classic wizard who uses Fire and Arcane magic, and I have an unnamed pony thats the "muscle" so to speak. A curious Crystal Pony who's the actual hoof-to-face fighter.

 

In case none of you realized yet, they all fit snuggly into D&D classes except for minozette. Minozette is inspired by a crazy engineer that I thought would be awesome to roleplay, but I fell out of roleplaying right when I started her up. [guild fell apart] (Bastion Tank Cleric - Azure Rogue - Sky Wizard - NoName Fighter) I can't help but compare everythign to D&D these days.

Erythema is the most (physically) violent of them all. Her specialty is twin weaponry. Short blades, daggers, even short axes. Twin weapons make for better maneuverability. She has a very vivid understanding of key targets of the bodies including organs, arteries, nerves, muscles and tendons. She's been taught to try and lodge her blades as parallel as possible to the muscle fibers so that her stabs meet less resistance. If the alignment of the blade is perpendicular to the grain, that dagger won't go as deep. Since equines have naturally tough muscles and skin, it could mean the difference between a severed common carotid or just a bleeding neck.

 

Her attitude can be summed up as "no hesitation, no pity, no pride." It means she won't waste any time killing any opponent as quickly as possible and will not be swayed by concepts of honor. It also means she won't hesitate to fight dirty if it gets the job done. It's kill or be killed -- or worse yet, see your loved ones killed. Prolonging the suffering of her opponents for any kind of satisfaction is not something she believes in and she sees no honor in leading the violent life she lives. She just doesn't know any different but still she has hope. That hope is the only thing keeping her sane.

My OC pony it very skilled in martial arts very similar to Jason Statham (If you've seen any of his movies) He uses his speed to get out of tight situations and has very powerful legs which he can swing/buck with great speed and force. On the ground he can walk really fast and can actually do a flying kick with great ease.

 

His sister of course has similar skills to him, She's lighter of course and has powerful legs and is very agile.

Monochrome prefers not to fight unless it's absolutely necessary.

He also would not resort to killing unless killing is essentially necessary for the protection of others and self.

 

He uses his abilities namely for fighting. Mono is a reality bender and so this proves especially advantageous against powerful, potentially world ending villains. However, this isn't to say he wouldnt use other means, such as physical combat and weapons. 

Nor does it mean he wouldnt go into the fray without a plan.

Give a loud and high-pitched battle cry, and then gallop towards her opponent to beat them senseless with her hooves while pummeling them with magic. Adorably.
