New figurine, can't figure out which character

We bought my daughter a new MLP figurine tonight but none of us can figure out which pony it is ... we've been searching for the Cutie Mark but haven't had any luck. Any one know which pony this is? TIA!

If the packaging didn't say, I'd just make up a name for her.  'Tropic Breeze' or something.
