Is Your Circadian Rhythm Healthy?

Do you sleep consistently the same, or do you suffer from an ever-changing circadian rhythm?

 

My circadian rhythm is wacko... Some nights I can get 10 hours of sleep, some nights only 4... then there's the random (rare) fits of insomnia when I can't even sleep.  Sometimes I go to bed at midnight, sometimes 3 am... and getting up in the morning is just the same way - sometimes I get up at noon, sometimes 7 am.  

 

Part of the reason might be my college class schedule, but, even still... I know there's more to it than that.  Because sometimes I get up an hour before class, other times I get up 4 hours before class.

 

How well do you sleep, and how healthy is your circadian rhythm?

I always wake up at exactly 8:00am

 

Even if I went to sleep at 4. :(

 

I have bags under my eyes as a result, and I don't think I've ever fully enjoyed a good night's sleep

I go to sleep at...

uhm...

SOMETIME

and wake up at...

SOME TIME AFTER THAT

 

 

So yeah. Nop.

Nope.

Nada.

*bursts into tears*

*suddenly stops, smiles widely*

What's sleep I only know of coffee
