Sorry about that..." Storm said seeming to lose some of his energy... Before snapping back with a grin "But maybe Twilight could put that cloud walking spell on you! Well, if you actually wanted to see it that is..."

"I am too a pony! What about you? You have the legs of a giraffe," Stoneheart said, her words tumbling out, her temper flaring. What she didn't realize is that she had pent up anger from when she was a filly, when ponies used to be afraid of her.

 

She stopped talking and took a deep breath, trying to calm down. After taking a few deep breaths, she turned to Storm Shine.

"If you still want me to. After my outburst, I can understand why you wouldn't want me over." The truth was, she didn't feel bad for saying it.

Briar heard the sound of the cart tipping and went over towards it. From the sound of it, the pony in charge of it had stopped it from falling down, but from the low cursing it would appear that there was something that had fallen off. Apples from the sound of it.

 

"Oh dear. Please, allow me to help."

 

The petals of the flower on his head started to flow and glow slightly as Briar felt out the fruit and floated them up in a pile in front of the pony. Fruits were easy to feel out and focus magic on as they were natural things, and the sound of them falling had been nearby so he had a point to focus around. It would have been much worse if it had been metal. Minerals were natural, sure, but for some reasons the metal was harder for him to feel out, which also led him to hit into it at times. He would have had to find each piece by walking into it first if it had been that.

 

Alas, now was not the time to think over this. The fruit should return to it's owner.

 

"Could you be a dear and place a box below these? Or perhaps guide me to where you'd like them placed?"

 

Being blind never really affected him as much as it might seem, mostly because he had never had a sight to miss, but some things did require some degree of patience with him unless he got some assistance. In this, the assistance would be to direct him to where the owner of these fruits would like them to go. Otherwise, he would have to feel things out with his vines and... Well... It hardly made for a good first impression to say the least.

Sternly flew up to see where the grey pony was headed. He saw her run towards the train station. After following her, Sternly noticed the mare cut in front of everyone, and boarded the train.

"Oh no you don't!" Sternly muttered to himself.

Sternly flew through the open door, and (with the power of godmodding) tackled the white mare against the wall, before cuffing her.

"You could've made this easier on yourself if you just cooperated."

 

((OOC: Welp, I did it. I just godmodded. If it's an inconvenience, I'll edit out the godmodding part.

Really, I'm just looking for an excuse for Sternly to finally meet everyone else, by having the story move forward.))

Storm exclaimed "And I could tell you about some of the parties I've been hired to host! I may not seem like it, but I'm hired almost as often as Pinkie Pie!" He chattered

 

 

(OOC: If you guys want, or don't mind.. I wouldn't mind attempting to RP Twilight.. Also I'm glad my pony is a motor-mouth It makes the character requirements less annoying when you're character always has a lot to say!)

Stoneheart took a few deep breaths again, and turned to Storm Shine. "Alright. Can you lower a few clouds down?" she asked, looking up for any low flying clouds. Since there wasn't any fog, there weren't any low flying clouds.

 

She waited for a moment, glaring at Cinnamon then turning away.

"OH!" Storm Exclaimed loudly "Right, um... Wait here for just a second." Storm said, before blurring away, before he reappeared dragging his cloud-house to the airspace over the library. "Just one more second.." With that said, he got to work, flying around quickly constructing a large cloud staircase to his front door from the idle clouds floating around. "There we go!" He proclaimed looking at his handy-work.

Stoneheart admired his work and climbed up the stairs, one by one, careful not to fall off. She jumped the last step and landed in front of his porch. "Nice house," she said, looking up at the fluffy cloud exterior.

 

It looks so comfy and cozy. Pegasi sure have comfortable houses.

"Yeah, I would sleep on a cloud, but I can't," Stoneheart said. "They look pretty comfy."

 

"Is all the furniture made out of clouds?" she asked. It seems like regular furniture would just fall down to the ground.

 

Wouldn't there be a downside to cloud furniture though?

"Well, not all of it... It took me a while, but I figured out a way to make some clouds solid enough to hold actual objects/furniture, but light enough to float..." Storm replied

"I'm not sure if any of the other pegasi know how but I had to find a way to bring normal tables in here" He said

"The downside of cloud furniture, is that.. Since they are made of moisture, clouds get almost everything they touch wet. Pegasi themselves aren't really affected due to our inner weather magic, which is subconsciously used to allow us control of clouds and the like to the degree that we have." Storm explained "So I made it so I could bring normal tables in, Twilight would get really mad if her books got soaked..."

"This is Unit 5. I've apprehended the one who vandalized the sign. She'll be taken to the station as soon as I'm done here."

 

Sternly returned to Vinyl's house, bringing Anala with him.

"I apologize for the delay." Sternly told Vinyl. "Let's hope we won't have any further inturruptions." He said in a condescending manner, looking at Anala.

Stoneheart knew he had a point. She wouldn't want her books soaked either, or anything soaked for that matter. "How long did it take you to build this?" she asked curiously.

 

If he had to figure all that stuff out, it must've took him a long time to get all the pieces together, she thought to herself.

"Well the house itself, and the regular cloud furniture didn't take long at all, as I've always been fairly good at art, architecture and creativity... Not professional, but good enough." Storm said

"But figuring out how to get regular furniture in here, without grounding my house took the better part of a year..." He admitted easily

"Not that there's anything wrong with a house on the ground" Storm added rather sheepishly.

"I just like the freedom of the air.. The ability to move any way you please.. Kind of like swimming underwater, but without the need to hold your breath, or the wet coat..."

"One other good thing" He started "Is that I've learned how to manipulate part of my Pegasi Magic, the one that prevents clouds from soaking us, consciously. Which basically allows me to dry myself instantly" Storm explained

"More of a convenience than a practical ability though..."

"Would you like an apple?"

 

(OOC: I wanted to try and change the text color for my characters speech and thought, I hope that it makes it easier to find and read.. If it isn't easier then tell m in an "ooc" and I'll stop using it, If it is easier please let me know that it is easier, so I don't get nervous about it)

As Cinnamon watched Storm and the freak pony leave she snorted in disgust at herself for wasting so much time here. So she turned and walked into the library hoping against hope the books she wanted were here.

 

When she walked in the library she saw Twilight and began pleasantries immediately. " Hello I presume you are the famed unicorn Twilight Sparkle. My name is Cinnamon and I've traveled far to see you. Tell me do you have any books on Magical Outbursts and LadyBugs." She asked worriedly.

"Roger that. I'll send them right away."

"This is getting ridiculous." Sternly thought. "All this just to find one lost item?"

After Sternly finished setting up the cones, he returned to Disruptis.

"The traffic cones are set up, and everyone's inside. This better be worth it."
