She's been puking for at least 1+ years, but I can tell that its getting worse because now she is hesitant about the food I give her and this past week she refused to eat actual food but she would consume liquids, (I gave her a little bit of canned chicken with the juice) she only consumed the juice, didn't touch the chicken. Every time I see her puking, I start over thinking about the possibility she could be dying, and I start freaking out. Lately, she's been puking up clear bile.

how long does it take to start puking after she's eaten?

she's obviously managing to get some nutrition from her food before it comes back up.

though with all the puking I would be worried about dehydration.

I would be putting her next to a bowl of water like crazy until I was satisfied she'd drank enough.

Her food bowl is right next to the water bowl. I estimate it take at least from 10 to 35 minutes depends on what she ate. After she pukes, she usually goes somewhere else and lays there. Its clear that she feels bad about it.
