It couldn't have happened to a nicer pony! This is my favorite moment of "Magical Mystery Cure" When Celestia bowed to Twilight, I teared up. I took it to mean that Celestia knows that someday, Twilight will surpass her powers, and she couldn't be happier! 3 Thank you Sparklefan1234!!! The scene where Cadence's shield fails and Sombra's fog slowly encroaches on the Crystal Empire as the malevolent tyrant's face appears from the fog as the dark, brooding music pounds to the end of the episode. That moment always sends chills up my spine. As a YouTube reactor put it, "That was both creepy and amazing at the same time." Best moment though? Twilight ascension and transformation into an alicorn. It's the ultimate exclamation point at the end of the sentence, and everything about that episode exudes what this show is about, why it exists, and what makes it so fantastic. Twilight's ascension is my favorite moment because of how deserving she is, and the kind of message it sends to girls about meritocracy. On top of all that is Celestia singing to Twilight in such a loving, proud, motherly way, that it can almost make me a bit misty every time I see it.
