Sounds like it could be stress, it's possible you might need a nap, having experience with sleep deprivation I know sometimes it brings headaches on for me, I try to drink plenty of water, while not overdoing it as well.

Still doing experimental ideas with my fan fiction in ChatGPT, though I am closer to leading off with pen and pencil version after I'm happy with the first 5 chapters out of many as I think doing it on my own I could get it done faster, after the training wheel session is finished. Some people might think of me as foolish for wishing I could be reborn in the fantasy world of MLP titled An Otherworldly Adventure, but like any soul in the story I wrote, respect for autonomy would apply in the Bardo part of the story, no one is forced into being moved from one realm to another in this fan fiction I am writing. And in my case, my imaginary self being reborn as a Pegasi, that would be my imaginary self character's choice to own if given the chance, though some would consider this outcome a curse, for me that would not be torture, instead it would be a new challenge, a meaningful one, where not only new friends could be made, but living in a different world with interesting life forms.

I consider this world, the real one, to be worse, because of how violent and oppressive humans can be, and I don't see that changing, because humans keep repeating the same failures from history. And while I have met some easy going and polite people here on this forum, please remember that only a minority of the human population even come here or even have time to do so. Some people are busy fighting for justice through protests and war, seemingly getting nowhere with it, while a small percentage of a wealthy population do everything within their power to make our lives worse.
