technology UTAUliod help

I'm odsessed with finding a way to Make UTAUliods, But I can't find a totorial that tells in depth how to make one/ what you will need. I find ones that tells me abunch of important info but It dosn't explain in dumy language, or ones that don't explain any thing. I have a lot of UTAUliod ideas. I just don't know were to start. I've reseached alot on to topic yet I'm still woundering:

• What software I need
• How I sould save the vocie files
• what to use the vocie files with

Its best if some one starts at the beggining. Please explain what a UTAUliod really is.
