I think my favorite part is that their "successful test attack" on the servers the weekend of Thanksgiving did nothing except prevent me from being able to open the friends list on my Xbox. I was still in a game with my friends at the time, and we didn't even experience lag.

Microsoft´s software architecture is usually pretty stable.

Just a bunch of posers. While I wouldn't care of XBox Live got shut down, it would probably be back up and running if it did. Just like with Playstation Network.
