At least once in the morning for motivation. And again during performance reviews.

I do it because I love them. I don't want them to regress to their dark elvish ways. Like frolicking endlessly in forests and such crap...

 

Of course I do have help. I've raised a number of elves from birth so they are only loyal to me. They are the core of my elite elven enforcers.

What are you talking about? Kids who are good, who OBEY, who do what they are told...those kids get rewarded.
