First Attempt at Composing Music

I did this in one day using Fl Studio 11. I have very little knowledge in music theory, and this is the FIRST time I have ever written music so... here you go, I hope you like it:

It was good and I enjoyed it. I can say you show a lot of promise and potential right there. There is always room for improvement though. practice makes perfect.

There is one thing you may want to think of though, the use of dynamics. Most of the song sounded very nice, but the part where you repeated a chord it sounded a little like a machine. If you were too slightly alter the volume of each chord according to the beat, I think this will make your song sound better than it already is. Have a listen to this video by axes of awesome. Hear how the guy playing the keyboard doesn't play every chord at the same volume? Just experiment and see what sounds good.

 

You don't have to change this song. It is just something to keep in mind with future works.

the  piano is one of my favorite instruments  i tried fl studios i get confused but i think you got a good amount of talent just keep working at it and you'll do great bad sound great
