feedback cover art bug

When i upload the cover art for the songs i upload, i noticed that this picture keeps happening everytime i upload the cover art but the cover art won't show! can somepony fix this problem?

Have you tried clearing your cache? Would be worth a try. If that doesn't fix anything, I'll investigate further.
