I like a lot of everything, really. I go through phases of certain genres, but I don't think I have one I particularly don't like.

 

But my main is usually within the rock genre, and some indie.

Metal all the way for me. Specifically power, melodic death and thrash. Any combination of the three also works.

 

It's really hard to pick out specific bands. Typically they'll have certain songs that are great and I'll listen to those few over anything else unless I'm specifically in the mood for them.
