Lenaria listened in on the conversation between Masun and Sofia. After Masun had dismissed the once large group, but now consisting of just herself; she headed back towards her quarters.
Upon arrival she went towards her desk where she left her disassembled rifle. She spent the next few minutes assembling her PSG-1. After a few minutes, Lenaria had expertly put together her rifle. She attached the sling to the rifle and set it on the table. 'Now to change into clothes more suitable for training.'
Lenaria took some clothes she had placed on her bed earlier. She changed into blue jeans and a simple white t-shirt. Lenaria then placed her old clothes on a separate part of the bed.

Lenaria emptied one of the magazines of her rifle and placed the 10 bullets neatly on the table. She did the same with the 8 bullets of her handgun. Lenaria then holstered her pistol; took her short sword's scabbard and slung around her back and tightened the sling to ensure it doesn't fall, and finally slung her rifle by her shoulder.
Lenaria headed towards the training wing's firing range, she passed by the armory and quickly 'convinced' the personnel stationed there to provide her several magazines worth of ammo for both her rifle and pistol. Took a spot next to Charles at the firing range and set up her rifle's bipod. "Nice rifle, Charles." She remarked as she focused on calibrating her scope.

Auria stared at the ceiling of the room, staring into the shimmering light above her. She thought about when Area will send them out on a mission of some sort so she could satisfy her hunger for flesh and blood. 'Maybe I'll just go take a shower.' She mumbled to herself as she got off the bed and grabbed a new set of clothes before heading into the bathroom, which was surprisingly pretty to look at. There was a variety of shampoos, conditioner and body wash lined up on the counter. Auria picked out the ones that caught her eye and placed them in the shower.

She took off her clothes and looked into the mirror. "Gosh, I look awful.." Auria finished with a sigh before running her hands through her hair. She stepped into the shower and let the water run a bit before walking under it. She grabbed the shampoo and scrubbed it into her hair. After a minute, she rinsed it off and wrapped her hair up with a towel. She grabbed the soap and rubbed it against of skin, forming bubbles covering most of her body. Auria realized that she has spent an awful lot of time in the shower so she decided to hurry up and washed all the soap off before stepping out of the shower and drying herself off. She grabbed the hairdryer and proceeded with drying her hair. Once she was done, she got dressed and headed back into her room.

Auria opened up her luggage and took out a throwing knife holster, which she strapped around her right leg. It had a limit of three knives, but it was no ordinary set of knives. They were highly poisonous. Since Auria is a ghoul, she is resistant to any sort of poison, allowing her to carelessly handle her throwing knives and even cutting herself with them without being affected. The reason why she uses knives is because of her strength and precision. She has disposed many opponents silently by tossing her knives straight into fatal areas such as the neck or the heart and retrieving them afterwards. Firearms aren't really her thing and it would be a waste of potential to use guns instead of taking advantage of her abilities.

Charles leaned away from his gun after taking a shot and tipped his hat to Lenaria. "Thanks mate." He said. "Not a bad piece you got yourself there either." He added. Charles brought the paper target up for him to inspect from the range via the button. He had shot about eight rounds by now, however all that showed up on the target was one bullet sized hole right on the bullseye. The only explanation was that every shot after the first had passed through the same hole. He gave a grin and pinned a new target on and sent it back to the end of the range. Charles shouldered his rifle and continued firing.

Sofia made her way to the female section of the living quarters, passing the other doors till she found the one with her name on it. The room had stuff in it, and it kind of looked like a hotel room, but it didn't feel like one. There was a desk, and a TV that was currently off, along with the usual bed and bedside table, and a dresser which was a nice touch.
Kind of like a hotel room, as instead of it being inside a building in the middle of a city, it was in a remote part of the world.

She dumped her duffel bag at the foot of her bed, and checked out the bathroom before she inspected the rest of the room. She wet her face from the sink, feeling a little cleaner, but she was going to have to have a shower anyway.
She went back to her bag and pulled out some clothes that she would wear after her shower, and got out her toothbrush and things to move into the bathroom.

Sofia had her shower, and felt a lot better. Being stuck in an aeroplane was not her version of fun, or at least a good time. As much as she tried to be human, Sofia wasn't going to deny that the more wolfy side of her hated flying.

Though now she had about 5 hours to chill before everyone got together again for training, and Sofia didn't feel tired enough to take a small nap. If anything, her mind had vampire on the brain.
Sofia had never met a vampire before, hell she hadn't met a wide range of 'other' people before. Her grandfather had talked about vampires once, before he died, but her grandfather had talked about many things before he died.

But really, the vampire leader was the only one who had told her what they were. She knew Charlie was more human than anything, but he came from the same Area as her so she already knew his scent and what he was. Humans have that distinct smell.
Maybe Sofia would learn at the training session Murray had planned, they would surely have to train with their abilities then, and probably at that point the others would learn what she was too.

Though, 5 hours was a long time to do nothing, and Sofia was sure no one would mind if she went ahead and started training on her own.
So she left her room and went back out to the lounge, and found the map that led her to the training wing. She could hear some shots being fired in the range section of the wing, so Sofia guessed some of the others must have been training their shooting skills. She didn't want to shoot though, so she kept looking and found the sparring area of the wing.

There was no one else there, but there was a couple punching bags hanging from the ceiling, which Sofia decided she would put to good use.

((>turning into Hugh Jackman
I'm afraid I am going to have to report you for that one, Concerto. kek))

Knocking on the office door of Director Davis seemed a bit formal, and he didn't feel like showing respect to the person who had literally stone walled him into joining Area again. So Masun just tried to open the door, which, to his misfortune, was locked. Masun put his ear up to the door and, using his vampiric senses, attuned his hearing to listen through the door. All he could hear was a classical song playing from some speakers in the room, probably coming from a computer. No one was inside, if they were, he could have heard their heartbeat.

Masun stepped back from the door and scratched the back of his head with his right hand. Now what? I could go snooping inside her office. But I wouldn't wanting her to know I was in there, so breaking the door down would be a bit of a problem. Perhaps there is a power I have that would allow me to enter without her knowing. What kind of other powers do vampires have, anyway. All my life I have been trying my hardest to not use my powers too much. I mean, I developed a sword style that takes from vampirism, but that was an accident, finding out that I could implement vampiric energies like that. I have never really had someone who was a vampire, show me any tips or tricks, I have kind of just winged it. Masun thought as he looked at the door. Thankfully there was no one else inside the office area near Davis's office. Oh that's right! She said something about a board meeting or something, so everyone important is probably there which accounts for why no one is here. Masun thought.

Masun stepped back in front of the door and placed his right hand on the door and concentrated. He wasn't sure what he was trying to do, maybe there was some vampire ability that could unlock the door or something, but he was just winging it again. As he concentrated vampiric energy into his hand he felt as if his hand were being pushed through a bowl of cornstarch and water. As if the door where ever he was touching was now suddenly goo, Masun walked through it, a black shadowy aura of vampiric energy surrounding him.

Masun stood in the office, not surprised at all how simplistic it was. A desk with a computer on it playing music out of its speakers, a couple of filing cabinets, and a water cooler in the corner. Masun walked over to the filing cabinets and opened up one of them and noticed every file had a person's name on it. Noticing there was alphabetization splitters between sections of the files, this drawer ended at B, Masun went through each one finding the Ms. Going through each of the Ms he noticed the spot where his file should have been didn't have his file in it. Closing the cabinet and scratching the back of his head once more he turned his focus towards the desk. The computer was locked, but there was a ledger with Davis's daily schedule on the desk, open to today's date. Masun looked at the digital clock mounted on Davis's wall in front of her desk, the clock read 21:04 so 9:04 in standard time. The ledger read:

6:00-7:00: Hygienic Activities
7:01-8:00: Breakfast
8:01-10:00: Training Routine
10:01-12:00: Travel to Las Vegas to Recruit Masamune
12:01-12:13: Recruit Masamune
12:14-3:13: Return to Area 51
3:14-4:00: Take Masamune on a tour of Area 51 (Secretary Note: 3:15 an emergency board meeting regarding the new Unit was called)
██████
██████
██████
██████
██████
██████

All of the other times were blacked out, and Masun guessed it was because whatever she was going to do before, was now replaced with the board meeting. They've been in there for about five hours now. Granted I don't know what the average time for board meeting is here, they must be in a heated discussion. It says that it was regarding the new unit, that must be usMasun thought. Masun was about to go back through the door when his vampire hearing heard the secretary at her desk right outside the office. Masun walked over to the wall adjacent to the door, to his right. He placed his ear to the wall and didn't hear anyone coming down the hallway, so he concentrated and began to phase his body through the wall with his vampric energy. Masun walked right past the secretary as if going about his business like normal. He stopped walking mid stride and turned his head to the secretary. He saw her desk and noticed the name plaque on the desk read Joanne Fitzgerald. He looked up from the name plaque to see a young, thin redhead with curly long curly hair, and small reading glasses that rested on the tip her small nose, which was smack dab in the middle of her long face

"Joanne, is it?" Masun asked still mid stride.

"Yes?" She asked with a questioning undertone. Her voice was a soft high pitched voice with a small nasally undertone.

"How would I go about getting a message out to all of my Unit? Like, say I want to tell them to meet me somewhere in this building, how would I do that?" Masun asked

"Well, save having telkinetic powers to just broadcast your thoughts to them directly, which I assume you don't have, I suppose I could send out the message over the PA system to them. What do you want to say to them?" She asked.

"Tell the new unit that Masun Murray says we are to meet in the training quarters at the sparring area as soon as possible. Thank you, Joanne" Masun replied and walked away.

Masun was only just outside the offices by the time the PA came over the loud speakers:

"Attention New Unit, Masun Murray would like everyone to meet in the sparring area."

Masun walked over to the sparring area and saw that Sofia was already there punching at the punching bags. There were punching bags hanging from the ceiling, some dumbbells and medicine balls on one wall, and what looked like a boxing ring in the middle.

"Hey Sofia, glad to see you were already here. Hopefully it doesn't take them too long to get here." Masun said. Masun found a folding chair and moved it next to the entrance/exit of the sparring room and sat down on it, watching Sofia hit the punching bag while waiting for the others.

A last second redirection of a moonfire blast froze the wall before she broke her own door down from her bed. "I want to sleep d*mnit! Why can't they ever respect THAT I NEED SLEEP?!?" She thrashed around in her bed for a bit before finally rolling out of it. Now, she looked especially frazzled. Giggling a bit to herself, she walks into her bathroom. Well, if hey want be bone tired, I'll give them bone tired. 3 minutes of make up later gave her the perfect balance of eye shadow to make her look goth. This, followed by the black pair of sweat pants, and the MCR T her parents had sent in their 'care package' a month earlier made her look just like the teens on TV. Gah, this is edgy. The only thing I could do to make this worse is die my hair some obscure color... like purple. No. Nonono.  She sighs internally and splashes water on her face. A quick minute later, and some make up removal, she was instead suited up in a plain white t-shirt, and some baggy grey sweatpants. Taking a last-minute look at her stars to raise her spirits, she attempted what her mother would call a 'brave face' and walked her tired behind to the sparring ring. At this point, it was about like being pulled outa bed at midnight. She grabbed some soda outa the fridge on the way to said sparring area. This sh*t's gunna start becoming a signature if they keep waking me up like this, she thinks, downing half the can.

A short orientation with a map on the wall later, and she found herself arriving. With a look of distaste, she peered through the door window. Steeling her nerves for the known butt-kicking coming, and the probable hours of nursing wounds afterwards, she opens the door and trys to find a shady corner to blend with. Of course, the grey sweatpants and white shirt wouldn't hide her as well as her former attire, but it might work out in her favor. Sipping her can, she tries not to just emanate her tiredness and general bad mood. How am I supposed to channel positive energy when I'm constantly lacking energy. You wouldn't ask Merlin to destroy an army after just climbing Mt. Everest and then deflecting a meteor.

She begins t lose herself in reflection over her previous requisition.

Why can't I become nocturnal? Because some leading psychologist believes humans are naturally diurnal? He's not a Lunar Mage. My culture barely limps on in it's patchworks and loose translations. We have good reason to suspect nocturnality as probable. I am tied to my element anyway. I am the most powerful I can be in the middle of the night. With a full moon if you'd like to be technical, but that shouldn't detract from the point. And the best response they give me is f you I said so? F them! Bloody energies take them, blast it. They are less than human.

The whole time, her aura builds steadily and steadily, until she finally notices and dissipates it. Needless to say, she's not in the greatest of moods right now.

Charles fired one last shot before hearing the announcement. He looked over to Lenaria and tipped his hat before picking up his rifle and phone and walking towards the Sparring Area. He put the safety on and slung it around his back. Due to the name, Charles figured there could be really only one reason that they were all being brought there: To fight. Though he wasn't too excited at the thought of that. Fighting power users in close quarters was out of his comfort zone. Even though he is an expert hand to hand fighter, power users never tended to just fight truly hand to hand for obvious reasons.

After a few minutes he walked into the room, taking a good look at his surroundings as he did so. He gave a wave to the three in the room before sitting down. "G'day mates." He commented, figuring that would suffice for now.

When Auria heard the announcement, she hurried back out to the lobby and up the elevator. She checked the map when she exited the elevator and headed towards the Training Wing, where she heard gunshots coming from inside. She spotted Masun and Sofia at the Sparring Area. Auria approached them and waved "Hey!" with a smile to both of them. "So, what's going on?" She asked Masun, who was the leader of the group.

"Well, we are currently waiting for the rest to arrive before I tell you what we are doing here, but since there are enough people here I suppose we can begin a discussion about something related. As you all know, we are currently apart of a team a unit. And as such, we must make sacrifices for the better whole of the team. Even though it is the beginning of the evening, since it is-", Masun looked at his phone, "Currently 9:57 PM, I would like to begin a discussion to see how you all feel about this. It appears that there are quite a few of us in this group that are actually nocturnal and required to be nocturnal. I, for one, don't really ever sleep. However, I can't use my powers in sunlight and am weaker than even a human in sunlight, it feels like I am extremely sick. My energy is sapped, I get a splitting headache, my whole body becomes super sensitive, it isn't fun. It is like having a hangover, and don't even get me started on having a hangover on top of being in the sunlight as a vampire, woo boy." Masun reached into his jacket and produced a small flask which contained Bacardi 151 Rum, he took a swig or two before capping the flask and placing it back into his jacket pocket. "I know for a fact, that Lunar Mages require the moon to be potent, which either requires it to be night, or requires a Lunar Eclipse. So, Lunar Mages are nocturnal. So already, there are two in this group that require to be conscious during the night. Now since I am almost positive that none of you require to be awake during day time, I would like to take this moment to put forth a proposal. Our first motion as a group, a vote to change everyone's sleep schedule to a nocturnal schedule." Masun paused so to let his request sink in. "Now I know some of you might be thinking, 'but Masun, not all of us are required to be nocturnal, wouldn't it be strategically in our best interests to have some agents awake during the day and some awake during the night, so just keep it as is.' But I don't believe it to be an advantage one bit. I feel like in a unit we must all be on the same page, and have some unity. If some of us suffer from adverse effects being awake at daytime, all of us should. That way we can work as a team when we are sent out on missions. With that said, since not everyone is here, we can't all vote, so I am just asking you all what you think about that idea, everyone going nocturnal?" Masun finished.

Auria didn't mind going nocturnal since it doesn't take much effort to do so, and it's not like she has anything she can't do during the night, being nocturnal wouldn't affect her on how she performs. In fact, hunting down for "food" would even be easier since she could sneak around in the night. "Sure, I'm in." She quickly replied Masun.

Sofia had pretty much spent most of her time using the punching bags, though she did have a quick look around at all the equipment and things, she had mainly just been practicing.
She may be a wolf, but the others were probably skilled in their powers, while she only really worked with her human skills. She could shoot, and she could fight well, she figured she had a chance against the others if they got in the ring.

When everyone started to pile into the sparring area, Sofia stopped her practice to have a break and cool down. Though she gave a nod to everyone who entered and greeted her.

When Murray suggested the nocturnal life style, she didn't have any objections. She could see quite well in the dark anyway, and it was always so much cooler too in the night.
"I'm cool with going nocturnal, I can easily fix my sleep cycle in a day or two."

Not really something I see them dropping soon. Not unless it was absolutely necassary."

The Hugh Jackman look a like had already been heading to the training area but had decided to watch the Australian. When he heard the PA announcement, he simply headed towards the sparring area. "Well, let's see what he has in store for us, and Damn, I am late again. Seriously." Listening to Masun, he thinks about it. "In my opinion whatever you guys vote works. I try to sleep as little as possible. I have my reasons and I don't suffer in either day or night."

After a few moments, Charles finally spoke. "I'm gonna miss the sunshine and breakfast, but I've had to go nocturnal on assignments in the past. This ain't much different from that, so yeah, I'll have a go at it." Charles replied. "Though I'd like to have a schedule to write down for reference if we ever get one of those mate." He added at Mason before leaning back and waiting while wondering what would be next in the conversation.

@@Chickey,
Sofia had to let out a chuckle when Charles had mentioned breakfast. His humour was pretty funny, and though now he had her thinking about bacon and eggs with tomatoes and an assortment of other foods usually eaten for breakfast, she could help but take a jab at him for his joke.

"You know Charles, you still get to eat breakfast, it just ends up being dinner."

Charles started to sound solemn as he replied to Sofia. He looked to the floor as he talked. "I'll have spat in the bacon mouth and egg eyed face of breakfast in that case. It's pure sacrilege. My smiley face bacon mouth will turn to a frown. It will ask me: Why Charles... why didn't you eat me at the right time? Why have you betrayed us? Why don't my egg eyes get to see the sunshine as I pass on Charles? All my breakfasty life all I drempt of was to be eaten while I see the rising sun. And you can't even provide me with that Charles. And... and I wont know what to say back to comfort my plate of bacon and eggs..." He said, looking like he was on the verge of tears before he broke his sad facade into a smirk and then sat back in his chair. "Rip breakfast."

Auria giggled at the joke Charles made about his breakfast, which surprised even herself since she rarely laughs at jokes made by others. She looked at Charles and smiled, knowing that he might not even notice her. 'I'm glad to know there's someone with a sense of humor around here.' She thought to herself. Auria rarely shares her thoughts with anyone else other than herself, so she doesn't talk much.

Charles' good perception and awareness allowed him to easily notice Auria, which he gave a smile back and tipped his hat before turning to Sam and shaking his head. "It's just not quite the same mate. There are going to be losses in our struggle to stop world war three, it seems the dreams of my bacon and eggs will be the first." He replied as seriously as he could.

((OOC: Sorry for the late post, been busy this week. Starting from here.))

Lenaria nodded in acknowledgement towards Charles' complement before going back to her scope calibrations. After a few more minutes she had just about finished calibrating the rifle scope. Lenaria smiled slightly just as the intercom blared with an announcement. 'Sparring area meeting could only mean one thing.'  She thought as she packed up her rifle. She folded the bipod and slung it around her shoulder and made her way to the nearby sparring area.

After arriving she nodded in greeting towards Masun and the group. They had begun to discuss the idea of shifting everyone's sleeping schedules to accommodate for the nocturnal members. After Charles' joke about his breakfast, Lenaria decided to cast her vote. "A nocturnal sleeping schedule is manageable for me. I have no complaints. However I'm afraid Charles' bacon and eggs will have a hard time adjusting." She said to the group. "Now, why meet at the sparring area for a discussion about sleep?" She added; addressing Masun in attempt to get an idea of what he had planned.

"The team of freaks if nature, set to prevent works war three. And we need out Bacon to smile. Inari, help us all." He says, shaking his head at the exchange. "Of course, I like Bacon as much as the next guy, but I don't care if my food is happy. Is that what makes you special, hunter? Your food speaks to you?"

So, people have mistaken me for a nice guy. I'm not. Don't like it? Tough. Your loss.

It appeared everyone was present and accounted for, so Masun decided to repeat his question for everyone to hear.

Masun heard Lenaria's question and decided to answer that first.

"This is merely first on the agenda because not everyone was here for what I planned for us to do at first. First and foremost, I would like to reiterate my previous motion to change everyone's sleeping schedule to that of a nocturnal schedule. My reasons for bringing this up is because if we are to go out on a mission it would have to be during the night for the reasons that I am a vampire and am extremely weakened in the sunlight, and because our Lunar Mage friend Sam is at her best during the night hours. Because Vampires and Lunar Mages operate the best during night, and because we don't have any special individuals that require the sunlight to operate, we would be doing all our combat missions for Area 51 during the night, and that would require everyone to be in top form. So it would just be in everyone's best interest if we switch over to a nocturnal sleep schedule. Even though I have been named leader of this team, I am not one to run a dictatorship, so I want to put it to a vote."

Masun raised his his hand,

"All in favor for the nocturnal schedule raise your hand."

Charles was going to reply, but then he heard Masun speak. At the end of his proposition he raised his hand. He obviously wasn't excited to wake up late, but he figured opposing it wasn't worth it at this point. Still jacked up on coffee and without sleep for a whole day and night made him question whether it would be easier or harder to go to sleep later on.

Sam raised her hand nonchalantly. The weariness of sleep had almost completely left her, as the loose smile plastered on her face conveyed fairly clearly. She grinned in Charles' direction, saying, "I'm sure the breakfast gods will understand." She then turned her gaze back to Masun.

In every action, there is consequence

In every breath, there is hope

In the end, what matters most?
