In Friendship is Magic, Part 2, when Twilight and Nightmare Moon charge at each other, and just as they're about to collide, Twilight teleports behind her and reaches the elements of harmony.

 

 

Even when she was new to the whole heroism thing, she was still pretty kick-ass.
