Does Octavia Have Anything To Do With Octavian/Augustus or Octavia the Younger?

I'm looking for information from fellow bronies/pegasisters. I am not a history expert so, I don't know. This is what I found while I was looking on google:

 

Augustus was the founder of the Roman Empire and its first Emperor, ruling from 27 BC until his death in 14 AD. He was born Gaius Octavius into an old and wealthy equestrian branch of the plebeian Octavii family.

 

I also looked up just Octavia on Google and got cars, the pony of course, and Octavians sister, Octavia the Younger:

 

Octavia the Younger, also known as Octavia Minor or simply Octavia, was the sister of the first Roman Emperor, Augustus, half-sister of Octavia the Elder, and fourth wife of Mark Antony.

 

I'm still not seeing it, so any help, please?

Nope. She was named Octavia after the musical term "octave."

It doesn't look like anything but a coincidence, seeing as how the two don't really seem to share anything but a name.

I think that since octavia is a name and the musical notation octave.  Viola.  She's called Octavia (Aren't we Bronies so clever ).
