Pretty much the moar tear-jerkery and/or heartwarming material from Scrubs tends to get me, Dr. Cox's breakdown that Demi showed earlier, Carla's farewell to Lavern, and (though not technically sad) the Season 8 finale stand out in my mind.

Oh man, Castaway, Scrubs, Pixar, all of which are sad.

However, you can find a slightly grown up version of Boo in TS3 I think.

Or some other Pixar movie like that.
