She doesn't seem like the person who would fix up mercenaries who've been shot at, exploded, hit with various blades and blunts, and fallen off ledges.

 

However, Sniper would be great for her.

 

No direct confrontation with enemy, and staying on the down-low. She's incredibly good at both of those.

I don't know, Fluttershy seems like the most fit to take care of her teammates because of her caring nature. And as a sniper she would kill people, which I think she would never be able to do. Medic seems like the most peaceful and "nice" role.

Yeah, I agree, I just couldn't see Fluttershy killing anyone. Medic role definitely fits the closest (even though the TF2 medic is kinda insane anyway lol).
