I think they meant on the main show itself. 

I usually just skim the pre-shows to see a the PPV's superstar entrance graphic.

Pre-show matches barely matter to anyone watching the show, nowadays.

 It's not like the days of Sunday Night Heat where they would have segments that would impact the upcoming PPV.

So apparently Casualty Series was botched from the get go.  Raw was supposed to sweep SD. But as the pre-show demonstrated, SD won the tag match. Apparently nopony contacted the booking team w/ VinnyMac's orders for a clean sweep. Hence why the pre-show was ignored. 

Or in a round about way, perhaps it wasn't? 

Raw spoilers, like anypony still watches, and my condolences if you do.

Baron is not the new GM as promised. Cause he still has to defeat Braun Strowman at TLC. Whom was also promised a Universal title match if Raw won. Which they did. But now that is on the line too. So in a way, both guys now have to jump through more hoops, completely undermining the stakes of the previous night. 

 

So at least on the Raw side, Survivor Series had all the relevance of a pre-show dark match.

You all had 3 days to watch Survivor Series, so I'm lifting the spoiler ban. 

The show was absolutely pointless. It was barley mentioned at all on both Raw and SD. Raw "swept" SD but it meant nothing in the end as Baron Corbin wasn't rewarded the GM position nor was Strowman awarded his Universal title match as both now have to earn those at TLC. 

The pre-show tag match, the only match SD won (by accident), now suddenly counts. For all of about a minute, as it was used as New Day comedy fodder. Other than that brief moment, not a single mention of Smackdown getting dominated. 

Smackdown lost 6-1 for nothing. Raw dominated Smackdown. For nothing. One of WWE's big four, served zero purpose in the grander narrative. 

There have been house show dark matches that left a greater impact than Survivor Series 2018. 

 

Adding all that to the myriad of problems that plague WWE, I have to ask all of you. Are any of you still WWE fans at this point?

I used to enjoy watching AJ Styles but his "WWE style" has been getting boring to me over the last year. 

 

I'm also a fan of the WWE video games because I can choose who I'd like to win.

He wasn't even on Casualty Series or this weeks SD. A lot of folks aren't. So much great talent backstage, yet we hardly saw any of them. And the main event was the same as No Way Out 2006.

Haven't played since 2011. How does this years edition rank compared to the past ones? Cause one of the reasons I gave up was a lackluster create mode, no story mode and the scrapping of intergender matches.

Becky Lynch was my "MVP of WWE2K17" & she's been my favorite current wrestler ever since.

• Their is a Daniel Bryan "story mode" but it's more like going through select moments from his career from his WWE debut to his WrestleMania return.
• You can edit wrestlers attires now if you want. That's how I keep myself busy. 
• No inter-gender matches unfortunately.

Two of those things could be possible if you're creative enough. You can't remove Kane's mask, though.

Same here... He's the kind of wrestler that is bullet-proof; he doesn't need a gimmick or a good story to entertain the fans. But if that runs its course...

Also, WWE's new philosophy is that crowds will always react whenever a big angle is shown in front of them, be it in a positive or a negative way. Because the fans were not disappointed when Charlotte turned heel against Ronda, WWE is not unhappy with the segment, and thus, Becky Lynch may soon be forgotten again.

Apparently, a proper script wasn't even written for last week's RAW! The superstars were just given basic guidelines and that's it; it was just a throwaway episode.

Well, we'd better get used to them, as WWE has stated they will continue to use these real-life events in their storylines. "It's just business" they say. Honestly, I am 0% invested in Dean vs Seth; there are even rumors their fued will be dropped soon. All I do know (and that is unrelated to this storyline) is that Seth will never be Universal Champion or WWE Champion again, as WWE have supposedly recently listed him as injury prone. 

I don't; I just Google "WWE News" and check in on it every so often.

Also, Bray Wyatt's character change? Not happening. When he returns, he'll be the same old Bray.

True, very true. But Vince does dislike Cesaro a whole bunch.

I seriously dislike how WWE is still 100% invested in nostalgia matches and in building up part-timers and near-retired wrestlers, deeming most of their young superstars (minus Charlotte and Reigns) as "unfit" to take the brass ring.

Also, I highly doubt that WWE's writing will improve if Trips takes over in the next decade or so; not with Kevin Dunn still around.
