I'm happy that Triple H is giving me a reason why I should care about the NXT side of WWE, even if they are mostly wrestlers I already knew about.

The only thing I can think of is to watch the Raw and SmackDown Yotube highlights since those are usually under ten minutes. 

I personally hate too many segments. When I watch wrestling, I want to watch a match, not a bunch of guys talking.

YEAH! I care about the "Are we fighting?" not the "Why are we fighting?".

I blame WWE video game story mode cutscenes because those took time away from  me from playing matches.

Goldust is the only wrestler with facepaint who I can think of that I actually kind've enjoy watching. 

I feel the same way about facepaint as I do with wrestlers who wear masks, they're cool but I'm not as into them as I was when I first started watching.

I think I had a "wrestling indigestion" after watching Clash at the Castle, All Out and Worlds Collide.

Okay so a lot of stuff happened this past month and I was busy. Watching the G1. Watching AEW. Representing the forums at Mad With Power. Still watching NOAH's N1 Victory tournament. But boy howdy has some major shiznit gone down! 

Punk won had the world title after all out. The Elite are were your first ever Trios champs. But Punk had some very pointed things to say about The Elite, specifically Hangman dragging up is estranged history with Colt Cabana. Allegedly there was a heated confrontation between the Elite and Punk with his coach Ace Steel. Allegedly the Elite walked in on a grouchy Punk. Allegedly the Elite kicked down the door. Allegedly there was a fight. Allegedly Ace threw a chair and made things nuclear. What isn't alleged? Everyone is officially suspended. 

The Elite are all suspended. CM Punk and Ace are suspended at least. Even Brandon Cutler, Michael Nakazawa and Christopher Daniels have been suspended pending investigation. And because of that, your first ever Trios champs have been stripped less than 72 hours after winning them. New champs to be determined between Best Friends and Death Triangle. 

CM Punk has also been stripped less than 3 days after reclaiming the world title. A tournament of former champs is taking place culminating at Clashe at the Ashe II. And the new champ will eventually face the returning self proclaimed Devil, MJF. Probably could've been the face of the company in the wake of all this, but you can count on Johnny Mox to make a heel out of anyone. Not sure if the right move, as making MJF the Devil people turn to in desperate times could've been compelling. But making Mox into an even bigger saint on a comeback journey could work too if done right. 

And in other news, Malakai Black has been granted his release by AEW. While there's always the possibility he might be getting swayed back by the McMahon- Helmsley regime. But there are also rumours he maybe stepping away from wrestling for the foreseeable future to focus on his mental health. Wherever he goes, I hope he arrives with the right kind of demons exorcised.

All Elite Wrestling is either falling apart or it's another attempt by Tony Khan and Friends to get people talking. 

This whole story sounds totally fake to me like the MJF promo a while back.

Truth can often be stranger than fiction. Hell of a long con to suspend your highest drawing, brand new champions. Honestly, I'm surprised this hadn't happened sooner. Things were running a bit too well for a guy with less booking experience than Jim Herd.

Do you think this story is real or fake?

I can't buy anything that goes on in wrestling these days due to the worked shoots like the fake somberness when a wrestler isn't really hurt etc.

Considering there's no logical payoff and the egos of everyone involved and the relative inexperience of management, I believe it. There's been backstage fights before. Paul Orondorf and Vader. Booker T and Batista. Sin Cara II and Simon Gotch. Jericho and Lesnar. Not to mention the rampant megolomania backstage at WCW. 

Is it as bad as everyone was saying? Probably not. But it got bad enough. Heck, Eddie Kingston got suspended just for taking a swing at Sammy. How we got the okay-ish tag match between Sammy/Conti & Ortiz/Soho on the All Out Buy In on short notice. And how we got the MotN in Kingston vs. Ishii. Which you can watch right now!

This is coming from wrestling news sites though where 99.9% of the time they make things up.
