Normally I wouldn't care about consoles and just say "Its their choice" But, the irritates me how PC games are held back by console limitations, That is the only real reason why I hate console gaming.

Most games run at 30FPS. The N64, THE FUCKING N64 ran at 60. They have literally no excuse.

 Next gen consoles usually run at about 60-90 FPS give or take. Depending on the time spent making the game, it may or may not come out good. For next generation, everything is fine so far. For old gen, although it is bringing down games' graphics and fps, there still is a large community for every single game on there. I own both old gen and next gen, and although some games are hindered by old gen, I still enjoy them very much. It all usually depends on how you view it.

The "Jelsa" fandom gets annoying. They can be so full of themselves. But I have some friends who are Jelsa shippers and they are better than some of the people on the internet.

Depending on the game- yes. A fast paced shooter needs 60 or higher, and a 16 player board game or community game needs 30. Depending on the genre, the FPS and POV will matter.

60 is objectively better in EVERY SCENARIO. It looks and feels smoother and more responsive. Not necessary in every scenario, but objectively better in every way.

Well, everything is better with 60, but all the bottom games I stated would run just fine and dandy with 30. Imagine playing minecraft at 200FPS. Why the hell would you need that? 30 or 40 is just fine for those type of games. The old Call of Duty games have low graphics, so they run at 30 very well. Either way, they are just games, and they do good at their jobs until it is 10 FPS. That shit is a slow motion movie.

Having low-quality graphics is no excuse to be locked at a low framerate, as framerate isn't just cosmetic, but extremely tied in to gameplay responsiveness and overall game feel.

It depends on what you are used to I suppose. 30 to 40 FPS is just fine with me, and I own a Alienware 15 gaming laptop. I can go to console, and I feel fine.

Alot of fighting game communities in general are aggressive. I think it just has to do with the competitive environment. Which is why I tend to avoid comp games.

They also have the same like 5 over used jokes that have been around since the beginning (20% ______er, so awesome, plot, etc.). Sonic - As a Sonic fan, it really hurts to say this, nothing makes them happy, and their OCs.. why are most of them mediocre OP recolors? And then there are people like mariotehplumber and SammyClassicSonicFan.

 

PC Elitists - Yes, we get it, you guys have HD Graphics and 60FPS, but come on, do you guys really need to hammer it in every console player's head that you guys are superior? Also, the whole "PC Master Race" thing.. just no.

Probably the Five Night's at Freddy's fandom. I never really got FNAF because all it is is cheap jumscares. You are just stuck in a room closing doors and putting on a mask hoping that the stupid animatronics don't show up and scare you sh*tless. Yet, they seem to glorify it as "The Scariest Game in Years". It isn't even scary!   And they pollute the internet with their "theories" about which animatronics are "possessed" and which ones are "hallucinations" or whatever. Don't get me wrong, I love coming up with backstories behind fictional characters. But when you spam it all over the internet, it just makes everything 20% less enjoyable. (Probably more than that!) Oh and did I mention the porn? I can't even seem to look on Google Images without eventually running into that shit! Either they need to put their nasty-a** porn collection back at Rule34.net or Google just needs to improve their so-called "SafeSearch". 

Oh, and don't even get me started on the time watched a YouTube video, and a guy mentioned that he was born in 1987.  :okiedokielokie:

 

Oh, and another seems to be the Creepypasta fandom. Creepypastas are fun, and I actually read them quite a bit just to give me an adrenaline rush, and freak myself out.

 It's just when You start shipping Slenderman and Jeff the Killer and calling Eyeless Jack your f*cking waifu. :okiedokielokie:  It is absolutely ridiculous.

And every Creepypasta fan I've met seems to be suicidal. Is that like a side-affect or something? Like I said, I regularly read Creepypasta, but I have never considered killing myself. And if it's not the stories making them suicidal, just maybe they shouldn't be reading things meant to scare mentally-stable people???

 

And another are the Yaoi shippers. They seem to be in every fandom. And if you don't like their ship, they make your life hell. Am I right? I like shipping, and I'm not going to judge any of your ships no matter how strange and unlikely to be canon they may be. It's just when you tell me that "OMG THIS CHARACTER IS TOTALLY GAY AND NEEDS TO BE WITH A GUY SO I CAN WRITE EROTIC FANFICS ABOUT THEM BUTTF**KING", then i really start to get pissed off.

I'm 50/50 on this one. It's the obnoxious, rapid shippers that grind my gears. You know, the ones who are like, "I love these two characters. So they must be together" with little to no context or even an attempt to create some via decent writing and development. This goes double for OC ships. I'm okay with them if you have a well-developed OC with a purpose in the story and the character's life. I don't like it when people create OCs just to be love interests because they want to get with said character.  The need a story. A reason to be in the plot.

 

However, on the other hand, I'm a shipper myself and advocate that we are not ALL completely insane. I try my hardest to make my pairings make sense and work in context. This means I do a lot of research and watch the show again and again and try and make valid points as to why my pairing should be a thing. i.e. Silk

 

Anyway, the fandoms I have a problems with are Harry Potter, and any part of the SuperWhoLock fandom. Personally, I've hardly seen anything good come out of these fandoms. Just a bunch of obnoxious gifs and a need to make EVERYTHING about their fandom. There's not a sentence in existence that is not a reference to these people.

 

Also, 50 Shades simply because...I'm appalled that it's even a thing. That book was BAD and not even good bad. Just bloody BAD.

Oh my! A gift from the messaiah perhaps? Somebody else understands how bad FNAF is. I bought it on steam to see what the hype was about. I was so bored I have a total of 3 minutes logged in it. But hey, I'll give 'em credit for the back story and mystery, just please, PLEASE, keep it away from me.
