I think I'm going to try roleplay with various 'important' NPCs to foreshadow. I think that it would be help to explain why a thunderhead suddenly appeared and vaporized chip, hypothetically speaking of course.

If I do recall, as long as it had its own supply of oxygen you would be fine. Well I did what I would consider a 'time-skip', if you didn't want me to control your character then I will just edit.
