@@Pucksterv Would it be ok if I said that the supplies were running low, that some had somehow gotten lost during the storm? I want Rave to make a suggestion. The idea would be that they will never reach the islands unless they take a shortcut (which is of course very dangerous and many sailors avoid it  :comeatus:).

I was thinking a Scylla, but Charybydis might be good as well. The problem is that it'll be way too hard to defeat with just the few of us....Odysseus ran away from it because he couldn't even scratch the thing. And if you read the Illiad, you'd know that Odysseus isn't one to run away.

I think the RP can progress, but not the story within the RP itself. If you want to interact with any other characters, you can do so in a way that does not progress the story (meaning, won't rush the events to come).
