• Gary Holt (Exodus, Slayer):

Gary Holt is one of the best riffer in Thrash Metal Music and he does not fail to prove it in every Exodus album:

• Denis "Piggy" D'amour (Voivod) (R.I.P. 2005):

Piggy was one of the best, he played like a god in all of the Voivod albums. He influenced a lot of guitarists in Metal music with his unique technique:

 

• Tommy Vetterli (Coroner, Kreator):

He had his best moment in the 80's and early 90's with him being at his best at guitar. Albums like R.I.P., Punishement for Decadence and Mental Vortex are his best with the band. He is good at solos but his riffage is outstanding:
