Not really... I think "gan" is Indonesian slang (or something), whereas "Ganaram" is Ganaramian. Ganny/Gannie are permissible nicknames, and saying "gan" implies the incorrect pronunciation of "gan-uhh-rim".

It's a rather lame story by what it sounds like, and having watched Happy Tree Friends in the past, I'm not phased. The .MOV series is even scarier.

But it was probably actually well done and not just mindless in whatever its trying to do.
