Unbanned because I actually kind of want to help remove those viruses from your gaming laptop now... Have you tried cleaning it with Malwarebytes Anti-Malware and CCleaner?

unmemed because it's probably beyond help and I don't even care anymore. He'll just do it again. He likes to download music without buying it, which I keep telling him is the cause of the viruses and is also illegal. He says both of those aren't true.

I almost want to say I don't care what happens to him for doing this but he's also the only source of income for us, so we need him.

Edit: We have this anti-virus called Trend Micro. Never heard of it until we got it. I keep telling them it probably isn't good enough, but they trust it and say that it would detect ANY virus the computer may have. Clearly they don't think that maybe they should listen to the one that actually knows a few things about computers. They won't even listen to my aunt, who is constantly cleaning viruses from computers and doing other repairs, because it's her job.
