Bit Of A Problem I Have

I've drawn pretty much ever since I was a toddler and I've come pretty far with my art actually. The thing is, I've started to feel rather inferior to those more talented artists that are of my age (14). It feels like any art I make gets outshown by pretty much anything else. It could just be my low as heck self esteem but I really do feel this way.

It doesn't help that I have yet to develope a signature art style like every other person eventually does. Is there any way to get around this feeling or get over it?

@@ButterCreamcake,

Just enjoy it. It's natural to compare your work, but think about this way: you're getting started a lot earlier than many artists out there. Hell, I didn't start until two years ago and I'm almost 27 years old! I haven't even drawn in a few months. x'D

Seriously, most people never stop comparing their work. I've sat in on some famous fandom artists and they always mention at least once that they're worried about a different artist that they think is doing better than them. It's difficult to get around, but the biggest thing to remember is that you do this for fun. You do it because you enjoy it. The improvement is just something that comes along with practice and it's something to look back on and smile at years down the road.
