Physical description (or picture):

I can do both. I’ll start off by describing my coat. My coat is a burnt chestnutty color, with some defects unveiling some of my robotic endo skin. This is due to many years of those parts of my robotic endo skin not being able to regenerate those parts of my coat back. I mean I could get into that here, but this is a description of what I look like. Now, my mane is a lightly darkened red with darkish grey stripes, worn in a sort of fashion like the way rainbow dash wears it, but with a bit more of bushiness to it. This description of my mane can also be used to describe my tail. So anyways, here's an embarrassing picture of me last Christmas (oh yeah, I kind of wrote on it some):

 

 

And my eyes, I have one normal eye, which would be my left eye (not to mention, if I haven't already said so, the side with the least amount of my endo skin showing) and my robotic eye, which also never regenerated back. My left eye is about the same color and luster as dried blood. My right eye, on the other hoof, is quite similar to the way the poninator eyes looked in that one movie: The Poninator. oh yes, and some of my wings and my hoofs have an exoskin as well as an endoskin that is a lighter grey then the general color of this endo skin I have.

 

 

Personality:

Well, to tell you the truth I am not exactly the most mentally stable (hah, stables) pony in the barn. But that doesn’t mean that I'm not quite the innovator. Heck, I remember last week, I got to test out my greatest innovation in the history of the Cloudsdale weather corp (ok maybe not my greatest, but heck it’s pretty darn close). Ok, don't run away now, because I about to unveil to you THE PORTASPECTER 5000! BEHOLD, WATCH AS YOU CAN MAKE RAINBOWS ON THE FLY... AND THE GROUND, BUT MOSTLY ON THE GROUND BECAUSE IT'S AS BIG AS A CARRIAGE AND CAN CARRY UP TO 10 PONIES IN ITS HOLDING CELLS! WATCH IN AMAZEMENT AS IT... *watches as a bunch of ponies fly and run as far away from him as possible*  no no no, wait don't go. Don’t you want to be a part of innovation? Hmm guess not.

 

I guess this is why I don't have any friends. Well I mean other than Junkers and this neat pony head I ripped off some starved to death pony in the rainbow manufacturing division. Did I forget to mention that I might be a bit psychotic? Oops, I guess that might have slipped my mind : P  

 

 

 

Skills:

I am an inventor, and the lead researcher as well as head of security in the rainbow manufacturing division. The security thing was all a thing that Junkers decided to give me, because he felt I would be better suited for the job. The motto that I have always lived by is "progress can only be achieved through hard work and sacrifice", which is actually what I always felt my cutie mark represented.

Oh boy, must I describe them all? welp here I go:

- I have an endo skin that is made of vibraluminum (it’s a vibranium aluminum alloy that is both strong and quite malleable if superheated). Well, this endo skin isn’t as strong as it used to be, I mean it’s still pretty much immune to unspecialized projectile weaponry and normal weaponry. Heck, I remember this one time some guy tried to hit me as hard as he could with some kind of sword. The sword broke in two as I basically drained the color from his pathetic quivering body. I still laugh today about that. His face was so serious like "ARRRRRRAHHHHHH, YOU KILLED MY FAMILY SO I'M GOING TO KILL YOU AAAAAAAAAAA" PAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHHAAA. Oh my sweet Celestia, I can’t stop. And then the sword breaks and haahahaaaaahahahhahaa, and then he start crying and AHHHAHAHAAAA THS IS JUST TOO FUNNY IM SORRY I JUST CANT HELP IT HAHHAAAAAHHAHAAAAAAA *falls to the floor and starts laughing for almost an hour*

 

- Ok, whew that was just too much remembering that moment in time. He had a good amount of spectra in his life essence; I do have to give him that. You won there. Ok, I forget what I was going to say here, so I’ll just skip to the next bullet.

 

 

-oh yes, my AEM. This is located inside the right side of my head. I access this through my right eye so I can scan different things. The great thing about it is it also comes with some cool alien looking blueprints for things that I have found to be from some other dimension. I mean I don't even know what the heck a Boeing 747 is, or who this Joe Sutter fellow is at the bottom of this design blueprint. I mostly just use it to scan things and browse the internet though. Wait a minute, how do I have the internet? Don't those only exist in the Equestria girls’ dimension? Well, somehow I have access to it anyway for unknown reasons.

 

Also, it has a built in advanced targeting system. It allows me to see inside of things and even uses an advanced algorithm to determine where different vital organs are in the scanned subjects body. Using this does drain me a bit though, so it’s not often that I keep it enabled during a fight.

 

- And now, for the more internal parts of my endoskin

 

-I have robotically enhanced limbs that are interlinked with my bones that are both lightweight and strong. This enhances most of my normal abilities, allowing me to punch harder, hit harder, run faster, fly faster all the fun stuff. It’s fun bashing skulls in with the sheer force of a single punch. The only downside is I need a good amount of power left in my battery supply to be able to keep it fully functioning.

 

- I also have a shield, that can block almost every kind of attack, but oh my Celestia, the amount of power it takes to keep it enabled is insane. I don’t even know why I have some of the things I do sometimes.

 

- I can deploy a variety of weapons and gadgets from my hoofs, some of these include:

 

-- A hoof-held spectra extractor. Quite important considering it allows me to regenerate organic material located in and around my endo skin. I mean how else would I be able to recover from being frozen for about roughly 2000 years or so. I really have no idea how long I was in there. But I’m getting ahead of myself again, who wants to see a demonstration of this wonderful contraption?

 

*deploys an unusual needle, that has a tip that looks similar to a spear or harpoon from his hoof. There also seems to be tubes, each having a different liquid glowing different colors of the rainbow, that are at the base of this hoof deployed augument.*

*throws the now completely grey corpse straight to the ground* I love it when they do that shrieking thing. Doesn’t it just make you feel so recharged? I could just Squee right now.

alright, let’s do these next augmentations fast, because ponies really hate it when I deploy my favorite augmentation for some odd reason. I hate it the most when they use ice spells on me. It just makes me feel so drained.

 

--I have a laser cannon augmentation, quite fun and it doesn’t use too much power. it has a buildup, but I usually don’t go too far on the buildup, because it can get quite destructive and start to use massive amounts of power if I charge it up for too long. it shoots light green balls of energy

 

-- have an energy flamethrower, which scorches everything in a light green flame. This one is on the lower end in the amount of power it uses, but it can burn things by using electricity.

 

--Oh yes, another one of my favorites would have to be my shock hooves. They probably use the least amount of energy compared to most of my other augmentations. They basically electrically charge my hooves to a lethal point for any normal living pony. I can also tone them down to a stunning point. Actually I tried using them as a defibrillator once… that didn’t go to well, unfortunately. Why must ponies have to be living to obtain spectra?

 

-and the last augmentation I have is my energy sword. Its green and It can literally cut through anything, heck I even cut through my endoskin with it. that was not a fun day for me.

 

-And lastly, my battery and recharging systems. Due to the fact that my endoskin is made from vibraluminum, vibrations are amplified to a point to where I can channel sound and vibrations into energy. As well as that, my hooves can absorb any type of electrical energy that is caught through and around them, as long as I’m not using my shock hooves. The 2 rechargeable batteries of an unknown type.

 

Alright, now that these explanations are done, I’m going to fly out of here before that mean princess comes and freezes me again.

Backstory: I’ll start this by telling you the things that, according to Junkers, are quite fact since I do actually exist. According to the old legend that he told me, I was the original inventor who came up with the concept for creating rainbows from purely the essence of other ponies. It all started a while ago, a really long time ago, before the time of Luna’s banishment, when I was found by a few miners who were attempting to mine a certain mineral that created spectra when crushed down, allowing for rainbows. But alas, this mineral was starting to become quite rare, and they needed an alternative method to creating a rainbow.

 

So anyways, I actually looked quite normal accept for the small fact that some of my wings had an odd metal on some of them and my hooves had this odd metal on them as well. So the miners asked me to come with them so I did. When I was with them, they took me to where they make the spectra. long story short, I scanned the spectra with my scanner and scanned the other ponies only to discover that ponies had the same energy within them. So I first designed a new hoof augmentation for myself to see if I could extract it directly. Then, I designed and developed a machine that could do this more efficiently. This was the first ever device that could extract a ponies life essence and convert it into spectra. It truly was a breakthrough, because without it, they would have eventually ran out of that mineral that was used to create rainbows beforehand.

 

 My achievement got me into the first manager position at the newly designed rainbow factory, as well as my cutie mark. I really wish I could have remembered that. That sounds like a really good day. So, anyways as years went by, I continued to grow more insane, until a part of me just completely lost it. And that was when I completely obliterated half of a town that now doesn’t exist anymore.

 

The legend also states that I was planning on enslaving all of Equestria so that our growing demand of rainbows could be fulfilled. My rampage was ended when Celestia and Luna came down and fought me using ice and fire spells. this is where I believe I got these holes in some of the regenerative layer of my endo skin, leaving it exposed and damaged. They eventually encased me in ice and sent me to Tartarus for my crimes.

 

Now for the part that I am most familiar with.

 

I broke free from that imprisonment eventually with the help of that two headed dog thing stepping on the ice I was encased in, exposing a small part of my endoskin and one of my hooves. Thanks to that, I was able to channel the energy that the vibrations of the dog made when it stepped on the ground, to my batteries. It was just enough to use my laser sword to cut my way free. I was very weak when I finally cut my way out.

 

I eventually found the strength to escape through the portal that the giant dog escaped from. The first thing I did when I made it out of there was… you guessed it, use my favorite hoof augmentation. I remember that first guy I used my spectra extractor on. He was quite the screamer. That allowed me to regain a lot of my strength back, so I could fly around, and try to remember what happened to me. I eventually scanned through some of the older archives only to find coordinates to a certain place In Cloudsdale. And was led me straight to the rainbow factory. When I stood at the front gate of this place, I felt like I was my home. And then I knew that this place is where I’m supposed to be.

 

There was a giant gathering of security guards surrounding me outside of the gates. That was when Junkers recognized who I was, and was in complete disbelief. I remember him going completely nuts, saying things like “ITS HIM, ITS REALLY HIM, OH MY SWEET CELESTIA!!”. Of course, nobody but him knew who the heck I was. He informed the current manager, Rainbow Dash, of this. I was then appointed to lead the research division in the factory. Along with this, Junkers decided to step down from his current position as the head of security and give the position to me.

 

And that’s where I currently stand right now.

Personally I don't think your character fits the theme of the RP very well. He's very technologically advance for the time period this is taking place in. Electronics do not appear to exist in this RP. So I don't think your character would fit. That's my two pence though and it's not my choice. But my votes for your character is a no.

We have quite a progressed story and set pieces in place now. We have also had a lot of progression through the RP. Personally I say if you have the patience to read and catch up on the events, I'd say you may be able to join. But it all depends on the character you want to submit.

 

Furthermore. It should be noted that we do work on a more democratic system. With no fixed OP we tend to put things to the vote. So your entrance will be determined by what everyone says. Not just one of us.
