7.5/10 from me. I personally think that signatures starring a character should have one instance of that character, it makes them central. The two Rarities are decent vectors, and they pair really well with your background effects (I like what you did with that) but two of them is superfluous. The sleek font matches Rarity well, and the sun rays are subtle yet do add to the overall thing.

8/10 I think if you were to spice up the font and add some nice effect (maybe a glow?), it'd be more interesting and make it to 9 or possibly even 10.
