RD is too bright. Just a slight tune down would look much better.

 

Overall, things are okay. The text looks a bit dull in comparison to the flashiness of the rest of the signature, and there's not really too much uniqueness in design and etc. (there never is with forum signatures). Still one of the better ones you've made.

 

The hues and shades of blue were nicely implemented, this time around. 9.45/10
