If (s)he'd wait after confessing his/her feelings without kissing me, I'd probably either reciprocate the feelings (if the feeling is mutual), give them a chance (I'd be impressed at their guts for telling me that, and that alone would pique my curiosity), or turn them down politely (if they're the wrong gender or I otherwise can't find them attractive). But actually kissing me without giving letting me react first would make it far too awkward, so I wouldn't have any idea how I might end up reacting. If it were one I had feelings for probably return their feelings. If it were a poy I didn't feel the same about, let her down gently. Probably start a future with said pony :3 It must seem weird I'm going into some what of a depth about this, but In my opinion if you love something or someone, and it's something that feels special why can't, you be together? I'm not a Furry, I'm not Bisexual or Homosexual, I don't consider myself straight either. If I did have an sexual orientation, It would be Pansexual or AKA Omnisexual, No it's not simply I love guys and Girls, but I love people, things,animals, EVERYTHING because of who they are, and my emotional connectivity to them. I even have an emotional connection to the whole community here. I'm sorry If this puts anyone off but heck it's who I am, and I don't mind sharing this with any of you. It may change your view of me, but I don't mind I love you all anyways. So In a TL;DR fashion Yes, I love ponies, and if ever in the future given a chance to ever be with said pony(Which I doubt anyone would ever make the technology to attempt) yes I would.
