That's how it ended up growing so long :x my dad didn't want to let me cut it.

But I am a short person... only 5'2''. I think it's kinda silly for my hair to be 1/3 my height

Go for a bob cut first and see how it looks. If you're thinking about getting it cut even shorter afterwards, then by all means go for it! I can see you rocking a pixie cut as well. You'll still look lovely either way!

Yup, but they're cute and stylish! They are really fun! They're great for the summer since it doesn't get in your eyes and your head feels 20 degrees cooler. It's a nice and refreshing due.  Then you should have your beautiful, long hair back just in time for winter. And it's no problem :3 it's all up to you!
