I don't like the hentai ones. It's really awkward when you don't have your own room, and you're playing a cute love game, then all of a sudden "NAKED SEX SEX SEX XXXX PORNO" pictures pop up on the screen.

And you're clicking really fast trying to get past that part....

How about Katawa Shoujo? That one is free isn't it, main problem with it would be the first impression awkwardness. Might wanna check it out if you are not easily offended though.

I enjoy them too occasionally, but I don't know of many. Hopefully I can refer back to this thread later for some suggestions because I honestly have no clue where to find any that don't get weird

What's funny is that, you're essentially playing a Dating Sm in the RP you posted. I absolutely cannot fund any dating games with any sense of depth past. Find girl>talk to her>use cheesy lines>sex. I have played Katawa Shoujo though. It was... interesting. What I really want is a pony dating simulator with real depth and no clop scenes. That's why I'm playing the Honey Dew RP. Though I doubt that I'll get anywhere past I'm sorry, but I'm with Dichromate/Fear any other pony" parts. Funnily enough that's what I normally get in Date Sims.

To be honest, I play +18 dating sims, but they all moved me to tears with their story, such as when this girl you loved gets killed in an accident, that actually made me cry, A LOT

There are a couple in development that I've heard about.

 

Also, if you're interested in an all-ages visual novel (the term 'dating sim' isn't completely accurate, typically), I'd recommend Clannad. If you don't care about the romance aspects, Umineko No Naku Koro Ni and Planetarian are also good.
