Rules/Guidlines for joining:

 

You MUST have good grammar and spelling.

Your posts have to be at least a paragraph in length.

Go along with the story, don't just pop in and make your own side story.

You can have up to 2 pony characters.

 

 

Also, if you do PM me, please include a small story/paragraph about your pony so I can see your writing skills. Thank you!

 

Back story: Roxy has lived in town for her whole life, she's very well known. She's been made fun of since she was born, she's a pegasus but also a unicorn. Her parents run a candy shop in town, and are very wealthy. But people are still rude to her. Roxy has been enrolled in the Magic Academy for Ponies, and is going to be leaving PonyVille soon.

The sunlight hit Roxy's rainbow glass window, causing colors to swirl around her room.

She was dreaming about going up in the air, but losing her wings suddenly, and falling to the ground.

She often had this dream when she was stressed.

Her dream was interrupted by a knock at her door.

"Roxy? Darling?"

Roxy opened one eye and muttered to herself darkly.

"Yeah?"

"I'm leaving for a bit, can you please watch the shop? Your father isn't here either."

Roxy sat up and stretched.

"Sure thing, mom. I'll be down in a minute."

Fading hoof sounds let Roxy know she was left alone again.

She got up and went to the mirror, where she brushed her mane and tail, then put them up in her regular style.

Okay, time to get to work!

Roxy walked down the spiral staircase and into the main kitchen, where she put on an apron and stood behind the counter.

Her mom came in and said goodbye, and it was quiet.

Roxy hummed to herself as she flipped through "Pony" a tabloid magazine about all the famous ponies.

The front door opened, and the bell chimed.

"Hello, welcome to The Candy Shoppe."

Roxy smiled at the young pony who'd come in.

"How can I help you today, cutie?"

It was a little blue filly, who looked nervous.

"Um.. I want to.. Buy some chocolates.. for.. a g-girl."

Roxy nodded.

"Okay sweetie. I can make you some special ones if you want, what types of things does she like?"

It went like this for a while, and Roxy eventually forgot about her terrifying dream.

Before creating a thread in RP World, please read the RP World System Rules for the proper procedures:

 

Step 2: Make your OOC Thread: So you've got your idea already, eh? It's clear-cut and formulated? You can skip step 1 if that's the case and create an OOC thread in Roleplay Planning & OOC Discussion. First, prefix your new thread with SEARCHING if you are looking for new members to join. Then title your thread with the same name as your roleplay. In the first post of your OOC thread, include a synopsis of the general plot/concept of your RP and a list of its rules. If a member's character does not meet to your guidelines, you may reject them from joining your roleplay. Another thing that you are recommended to include in the first post is a list of characters who have joined the RP, for organizational purposes. Once you have found all of the sufficient members for your roleplay, change its prefix to OOC.

This thread is more akin to an OOC than an RP thread. I have moved it and changed its prefix to Searching Please change it to OOC when you're done looking for people to join.

 

As well, do not forget to include a link to your RP thread's first post when you start it, and a link to your OOC thread in your RP thread's first post.

Short Horn is my new character. I'm pretty much not going to have friends unless you guys talk to me first. Umm also I was thinking if your open to suggestions that ponies can be dorm mates, so you and Amp (Can I call you Amp) can be roommates if The Academy allows it and me and some other pony could be dorm mates. Just my $0.00 (since you can actually charge two cents here in Australia, the penny has gone out of print though).

Also you said no side stories. Here are a few things I want to do in the RP. You can say if that is too mini story or if you just don't want them. Don't worry I won't be mad.

1)Get a Job.

2)Do my coursework. I might include my homework/practical work in my posts.(Throughout the whole year

3)I might ask other posters to let me test on them. Safely, like hospital safe. Dammit I can't emphasize safe becuase you'll think it's Scopes/GLADos safe. (Throughout the whole year, and don't worry I won't kill them nor hurt them in a way that will interfere with their activities, unless I get their permission)

4)May or may not get a girlfriend.(Throughout the whole year)

5)Visit my parents.The visit might go on for two posts. I'll probably do this every term. ( I really miss them )

6)Mention boring stuff I do by myself. This won't include clopping so this'll be a few sentences.Hey, Shorn is only 19. Deal with it. (Throughout the year. Don't worry it'll be real descriptive and I'll try to make it interesting. If it isn't I won't post it.

7)I want to give a big shout here out there to all my bronies who may be watching. Pure Win.

8)Fluttershy is best pony

9)The longer the list the more chance there will be something about ponies,especially Fluttershy.

Well, that's all I gotta say for now. But the 2 character limit will be a bit hard since I gotta follow maybe 10 ponies now.

Droplets of sweat raced down Lovely's forehead, sticking strands of her bleached mane to her face. Lovely huffed and she pushed her hoover forward, almost giving out her back. "Why can't I just use magic!?" Lovely groaned as the sweat started to make her mascara run. Lovely decided to be dramatic, "ugggh! I hate this! This is practically slave labour! Why would you cry after professing your love. Be a man...I mean be a stallion. Gosh, I'll be awful in the Emergency Room. So everyone don't go to the emergency room in The Academy. You'll probably die.
