friendship games Twilight's and AppleJack's adorable moment!

I think that scene between Twilight and Applejack during the main archery event in Friendship Games was one of the most adorable and heart warming moments that I've seen in MLP all together.

 

Because I can totally relate to Twilight as I've been in moments of extreme pressure with a lot of people watching and it doesn't help when you have people heckling negative comments towards you in the background.

 

So what Applejack did to reinsure Twilight really warmed by heart and made me smile, plus that hug Twilight gave AJ was adorable too.

 

AJ hasn't always been my favourite Mane 6 but during that scene she totally got into my good books.

 

All the Apple Pies go to AJ for that one. 

 

What's your thoughts on that scene?

I loved that scene as well :3 It just makes me love AJ even more. She displayed the element of generosity, kindness, honesty, and (maybe even) loyalty in one selfless act...Plus -- I'm digressing -- her clothes throughout the movie were on point. Good job Rarity!

That was a good scene, but personally I really liked the scene with Fluttershy cheering up Twilight more.

Yea. I enjoyed that scene as well. I'm assuming when AJ said "I can't take this anymore" (something like that), she noticed how Sour Sweet was acting because of Sci Twi and what Sugarcoat said. She seemed like the only one who noticed how people treated her. That moment was just so sweet :3

That was my favorite scene in the movie. I was watching it with a friend and she didn't notice that Twilight was crying, but I did, and thought it was really sweet.

 

So i went back and showed my friend, and all she was like, "awwwww, poor Twily".

 

That small little edition to the animation was so perfect. And Applejack staying calm and collected, it was just... such a great scene really.

 

Best pony strikes again... but she's a human...

Before Friendship Games, I really thought the Equestria Girls series lacked a defining moment for Applejack's character. She always just sort of felt "there" and rarely did anything memorable or of great significance.

 

This scene though. I can't describe it. It's the best Applejack moment in all of EG and a keen reminder of why Applejack is my favorite character. She always takes quick initiative to help out another, even if they're an opponent. She's just that forthright and equitable. Twilight's hug only made it even sweeter. Needless to say, it was my favorite of all the "pony up" scenes, though Dash's saving Sunset Shimmer takes a well-deserved second.

I loved Applejack's scene as well as the scene where Fluttershy tries to cheer up Twilight with her animals, both those scenes were heartwarming.
