Elitism and douchebaggery among ponies has become so intense, that i don't feel pity for them anymore, if some of them end up as changeling fodder or their lifes are getting ruined like that of the older Wonderbolt guy. It also makes sense that other races don't seem to think high of ponies, because they're generally assholes. What do i hate in this show? Celestia's character treatment. She always loses a fight, she always seems to be lazy and makes questionable decisions. Compared to the other princesses she isn't special anymore. All that she can do, there is at least one princess, who can do it either and maybe even better. If it's about her usefulness and her abilities, you could replace Celestia with Prince Blueblood or a cactus. Noone would miss her. The writers actually ruined an awesome character. Except those episodes that make me cringe in embarrassment for the characters sake. Like the CMC theme song that went wrong in that one episode. Those are the only parts that I dislike. The show is good in everything else IMO. Also, to the people who dislike the CMC getting their cutiemarks, do you want them to stay forever without a cutiemark? Actually, we don't necessarily know what is going to happen to the group yet. What's wrong with Diamon Tiara being redeemed? Also, what is wrong with AppleJack and PinkiePie being cousins? I don't need a reason for Diamond Tiara being redeemed, well I got one reason for DT: I sorta like her when she is the real bully. I meant for the CMC, I do realize now what's going to happen to the group now. Probably they're gonna stop being friends and go their own separate ways. This is why I hate changes a lot. Please whoever is now over seeing MLP please just give them one tiny thing we can give them to their credit. Yeah but doesn't that happen in every single story ever told ever? There has to be a conflict for anything to be interesting. Watch Akame ga kill, It's such a bitter sweet ending, the whole show is like that though, so not every story ever but close enough. Sidral Mundet 1,666 October 24, 2015 Share October 24, 2015 (edited) Hate might be a strong word, but I really dislike when they over exaggerate Fluttershy's fears to the point where they make her into Scooby-Doo such as in Luna Eclipsed (the 1st episode to really do so), Magic Duel, The Cutie Map and the first act of Scare Master It's Fluttershy's equivalent to the way Pinkie Pie acted in Filli Vanilli or Rainbow Dash in Mysterious Mare Do Well, taking one established trait of a character and pushing it to an extreme I also dislike that the most of the two-parters only really involve Twilight and the Mane 6 tend to be window dressing. (Notable exceptions are Friendship is Magic, Return of Harmony and The Cutie Map) All I'd like is that each of the Mane 6 help out with defeating the big bad, not just Twilight until the rest are needed to fire the magic space laser McGuffin. I don't understand what you're trying to say at all. They won't stop being friends. Matter of fact their cutie marks are probably going to bind them together forever. They're the ponies that help others find their destinies. I could see them making the Cutie Mark Crusaders a nationwide program as adults, with little CMC groups being founded all over Equestria. It's not like having a relationship with your first cousin (ex: your mother's brother's kid). That is definitely incestuous. They are still related. Anything related considered incest. That's also not true. It's only incest when it's between people who are so closely related that they can't get married to each other. There was once, but as of recently, it's been beautifully turned around. I once loathed Diamond Tiara more than any of the major villains, I think it should be obvious why that's not the case anymore. If I were to stretch and search for something that still bothered me, it's not the setting itself as I love Equestria with the same passion as I do many other fictional worlds, but a single episode and even then only something IN that episode. "Bats" was pretty good all in all until it got to Flutterbat. Good Lord, I despised that! That Fluttershy was not only transformed against her will, it was progressive and robbed her of not just her form, but her mind! Just that was really uncomfortable for me to watch. Apart from those though, no complaints. Love Equestria and love this show for the positive impact it has had on my life. @@ShadOBabe, You tell 'em buddy! Love prevails over hatred!
